We had to check out late due the kiddos. Staff was very nice about it and did not charge for it. Thank you very much! Your kindness is appreciated! It is stressful enough travelling with children!

We stopped at this hotel on our way back to Chicago from Yellowstone. The suite was perfect for our family of five, and was spotless. The breakfast was robust and everyone was very friendly. There are plenty of choices nearby for food. If you need a place to stay when on an I-80 road trip, this is the place to go.

The staff was super helpful! They help my husband load our heavy coolers into our vehicle upon departure. Very clean room was definitely family friendly. Our room had a separate section with a futon and TV which is helpful for family with kids on different sleeping schedules.

My husband and I recently went on a two-week-long trip to the Midwest to visit family. Over the course of that time, we stayed at six different hotels. Rock Island Inn & Suites was the best of the six. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the pillow top mattress was much appreciated! The continental breakfast was consistently good over three days. The staff was courteous and welcoming. In short, Rock Island Inn & Suites hit all the marks!
