Our room was not completely as requested. I asked for a room with the most handicap accessibility. We were given a room with handicap accessibility, but which had a tub shower with an available chair for in-tub use. I believed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available, since that had been my request, which had been reiterated in person upon checking in. The staff person at that time claimed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available. Upon checking out in the morning, I asked the individual at the desk whether there were any walk-in showers on the property, for future reference. The staffer said yes, and stated that all of the handicap accessible rooms had walk-in showers. I replied that not all had walk-in showers. She repeated to me that all of the handicap rooms did indeed have walk-in showers. I said that we had just checked out of room 120 and that it was a handicap room with a tub shower. She went to her computer to look up the specifics. She read some information and began to apologize, saying that she had had no idea that any handicap room had a tub in the bathroom instead of a walk-in. Please be sure that the staff members who assign rooms completely understand the handicap accessibility factors for each room. My handicapped family member missed being able to take a shower during this stay, as they could not step up and get into the tub. It created discomfort and embarrassment.

Nice and clean. Pool could be bigger… it was very loud when full of kiddos in such a small area.

Overall good hotel, what u expect. Only thing bib change is I was told there pool is heated. Do to my toddler having a close to Christmas birthday i always try to find a heated pool for him cuz he loves the water. Usually we go to another hotel but there pool was down so tried this one. It's way to cold. I mean u do eventually get use to it but definitely not heated like I was told.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in mid-October 2014, on our way to Wisconson from North Carolina. We found our second floor room (there are three floors) to be clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. We did not use the small indoor pool but are sure that had our grand kids been with us, they would have had a blast. The complimentary breakfast was nice, with make-it-yourself waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and the usual assortment of cereals, rolls, etc. In summary, we would definately stay at this hotel again.
