My stay was awesome! The rooms were spectacular. The breakfast awesome. I stayed in an a accessibility room in order to have an adjoining room with my family. The only issues were: No full size mirror in the room and in the bathroom there was no counter space and the lighting was horrible. Also the night light over the bed was not working and no one was available to check it. But overall it was great!

The room was very clean. The staff was great. The evening staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and had many options. We went and made a complaint about the noise we were hearing upstairs. Sounded like someone was running back and forth and they addressed it immediately. Didn’t help that there was a cheerleading competition going on in Indy. I’m sure it was just a bunch of kids. Just made for an unpleasant night. Everything else was great. Close to lots of shopping. Has a bar on Friday and Saturday. The drinks from the bar were great.

It was very nice and quiet. I really liked staying in that room. 222. It had a nice bed and a beautiful mirror where I could do my skin care and makeup. It smells fresh and clean as soon as you come in the building. The staff were very nice and helpful during my stay. I will definitely be coming again. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family or anyone flying in or just coming to visit for business and or coming to see family. I give it 5 stars. Very clean and neat. I slept really well too surprisingly with no complaints. 🙂

My family LOVED everything about our stay at this wonderful hotel. Incredibly wonderful breakfast buffet, we especially liked the delicious spinch and swiss cheese quiches. Staff was exceptionally wonderful and helpful. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was spacious and we loved the couch section. There were reading lights above our bed which was anither great perk. I especially loved that there was a place to sit by the tub and the towel rack and towel was at the end of the shower/tub within easy reach. So glad I found SpringHill Suites and will always stay there again for future trips.

The pool is small. But very clean. The room was great! Spacious, the shower with optional seat was GREAT for my kids. Snacks/drinks in the front are quite deceiving. We all thought this was complimentary but $13 for a snack size potato chip, peanuts and drink. Absurd.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Was in town too see our son and his family. Plenty of room to visit, it was so spacious.
