Embassy Suites by Hilton Plainfield Indianapolis Airport

Great stay for the family. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would stay again.

Many good things about it, but the bad out did the good. The 1st thing was we needed rooms by each other, only thing we got was same floor. They would not do anything about it we were traveling with two seniors that needed our help. We stayed for 5 nights, for the price we paid. I was hoping for more costomer service. Breakfast was Amzing the frist few morning, until the FFA showed up. High school kids then much of the food was micowaved. When you book on here you are not a vauled person to them. really felt that way. Cooks were great beautiful place. our room was not cleaned after the 1st night, we had to call the 2nd day.

I just love the staff at the Embassy from front desk to housekeeping to the morning chef's. Savannah and Greg are absolutely the BEST!!!!! They are my favorite staff to see when we come down to visit family! We come to the Embassy 3-4 times a year for a weekend stay and we know we will have the best breakfast!! Never disappointed in our room or stay!

The pool area was too cold. It wasn’t much different from the hallway. I asked the front desk if they could get someone to raise the temperature but no one ever came. We stayed two nights. My kids were really looking forward to the pool but didn’t enjoy it as much as they got cold quickly. Everyone else that was there complained about the same thing I hope they said something. Prob won’t stay there again if we want to use the pool.

The staff was very friendly, and the room/property was very clean. The surrounding area has plenty of dining choices and feels safe/family friendly.

Our stay (3 days) was pleasant and felt safe during these trying times. Don’t count on a late checkout (even as an Honors member). Checkout time is listed as noon on the website, but Jake (who answered the guest services call) explained checkout was 11:00 and 12:00 was the “best he could do” for a late checkout. Probably not a big deal for most, but the entire family slept late (9:30) so we wanted to grab some free breakfast and let the kiddos swim one last time. 1:00 checkout would have been very helpful to comfortably accomplish these tasks. The only complaint I have about the hotel itself, is that it’s not very soundproof for a new facility. I could easily hear people walking above me, and clearly heard conversations in the next room. We had five in our party (including a 3 and 5 year old), so I felt a little bad for our neighbors, as I’m sure they could hear the children engaging in play with two TVs going at times. Guess they don’t build them like they used to! Overall 4/5 score.

The atrium of this Embassy Suites wasn’t as fancy as others we’ve stayed at. The suite was nice and had a sticker indicating that it had been cleaned, especially in light of COVID. The beds were OK. We were unable to swim in the pool, as it was just packed with kids well until 11 pm. Not enough indoor social distancing for our taste. The free drinks at happy hour were nice, although we missed having the usual snacks. The made-to-order breakfast was good and I enjoyed my omelette. The front desk was helpful when we needed a razor and a fork.
