My Place Hotel - Indianapolis Airport/Plainfield, IN

In one week that I and other family members / friends were there occupying different rooms, no housekeepeing was done. Very disappointing.

We had a great time staying at my place hotel. I feel like it's our hidden gem when we come in town to visit our families. Hopefully, for our sake, it stays a hidden gem haha.

I was very pleased with My Place hotel! It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. It is close to my daughter and grandkids. I will defiantly stay there again.

We've stayed here on four occasions now since the hotel opened while visiting family not far from the hotel. First three occasions were great This past weekend, we booked Friday and Saturday night (3/3 & 3/4). Immediately upon entering our room on Friday night we were greeted by the site of several dead ants and a roach that ran across the sink. After 7 hours on the road, we were exhausted and decided to stay, hoping we were seeing things and trusting the great experience we had in the past. Saturday night we returned to our room to see not just one but several roaches scatter as soon as we turned on the lights. My fiance came downstairs and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk (who was great, by the way). She requested a refund (just for Saturday) and he completely understood and told her that it should be no issue if we called and spoke to the manager the following day. We were told that the refund would need to be done through Hotels.com. When attempting to do so, they let us know the hotel denied said refund. Called back and spoke to the manager (Cassie), who would not honor the refund because they didn't find anything. You checked the room when? At 10AM on Monday morning when we spoke to you? Or did you not want to be honest when you asked us to request a refund from hotels.com and tell us you were intending to deny it? Cassie is no GM. Terrible customer service and not equipped to handle a bad experience professionally.

Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms in excellent condition, and the water pressure is amazing! We will definitely be back should we need to stay anywhere near Indy in the future. No complaints from my family, everyone was extremely satisfied.

Nice, new, roomy hotel. We were in Indianapolis for my son’s little league football game, this was a family friendly hotel.

Room was very clean. If you are looking for a short stay than this is the hotel for you. No pool if you have kids though.

We had a great experience. The room had amazing amenities and a good price. It was my first time traveling with my toddler alone and it couldnt have gone better. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.
