Hampton Inn New Albany Louisville West

Everything was great from check in to check out. We were in town for a softball tournament, so there were a lot of kids and families there. The Hampton was very accommodating for everyone. Not sure If Ill stay in this area again, but I will 100% come back here if I do.

We were visiting family in Georgetown and the hotel was a perfect location. Room and lobby clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the staff kept the tables wiped/clean as there was a full house that night. Will stay here again.

Booked the hotel for a baseball tournament 1 mile away with a block of 8 rooms. My family arrived a day early for an extra stay. Checked in and paid for room. Got to room to unpack and looked out the window to see that there was no water in the pool!! When booking the room, there was a beautiful photo of the pool and deck space. It was never mentioned when booking or checking in that there would be no pool, even though the clerk knew we were there with a baseball team and had lots of kids! We called the front desk to complain and they offered no solution or real apology, only that it was under maintenance. The following day we had an irrate parent who complained to a different employee who offered us a transfer to a Hampton Inn 15 minutes away. All parents decided to transfer there reservation to that location so that our kids could enjoy the pool. My family had to pack all our luggage and food and move to the other hotel.

Always a nice convenient stay while visit friends and family. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Our bathroom had some mildew stains but the lack of ventilation makes that a difficult issue. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!:)
