Tru by Hilton Warsaw

This was my first time staying at Tru by Hilton. My daughter is in college not far away so this was convenient. The staff was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted! The common area with the pool table and snacks, hosted a family/friend game night. We had our own drinks and ordered pizza, a great night in!! Based on this experience, I will definitely stay at this one again and look for one in other places I will travel to in the future! I joined Hilton Honors for my future travels!!

Excellent stay. Was super clean and the staff friendly. The automatic pancake maker was a major hit with the kids.

I always stay here when visiting family in Warsaw. Clean comfy rooms, good breakfast. Newer hotel with newer furnishings and fun decor.

Very clean and had great activities to keep the kids busy!

We have stayed at Tru in a different location before! We like the atmosphere however there is very little storage in the room itself. Very open. No closets. Hardwood floors versus the normal carpet (which we liked). No microwaves or coffee makers but the coffee was great downstairs! No extra pillows or blankets. At both locations, the body wash or shampoo was out… I feel this should be refilled or checked with every stay (which I’m sure it is supposed to be). Our first room we were assigned was dirty so I had to go down to get another room with all of our stuff and 3 sleepy kids. But the next room was clean. Overall we are happy with this hotel.
