While the hotel was clean, the building is poorly constructed. The floor in our room was creaky (undoubtedly disturbing the people below us). The breakfast area was poorly laid out with insufficient space. There is one long table and several very small tables. At 7:30 on a Saturday morning, there was no where for my family of four to sit. The breakfast on our first morning was fine, but worse than terrible on the second. All things considered, this Hampton has room for improvement.

Beds were wonderfully comfortable. I didn’t feel completely welcome as I entered in, nothing was shown to us, like the elevator, pool, breakfast, I had to ask all that. The pool was in poor shape, it was so cloudy I couldn’t see my kids under the water.

I left a bag with shoes and some clothes in the closet, I was half way home and I called them. They were very nice and said they could send them to me. I was so happy to hear that. I said I would pay for the shipping. This is a place I would tell all my family and friends to go stay. And I will and I will be back for another visit very soon with some ladies for a girls trip.Thank you!!5 Stars

This hotel doesn't live up to Hilton standards. Indoor pool was ice cold and very dirty. Rooms are warm down and need overhauled. Counter staff was very friendly however the kitchen help should be replaced. My grandbaby spilled a glass of juice and the kitchen lady handed me the mop. Breakfast was horrible and cold. Muffins were stale and the bananas were so green you couldn't peel them. Have stayed all over in Hilton hotels throughout the US and this one was by far not very good

Rooms were decent, bathroom was clean,i believe this hotel houses family's for extended stays, rooms are separated by a door and family in next room was excessively noisy. key fob didn't work multiple times during 4 day stay

We stayed the night for a family party and had our dog with us as well. Great staff and hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick stay in Goshen.

We had a great 1 day stay. From check in to check out. We completely forgot breakfast was done at 10, and the staff member brought everything back, after seeing me and the kids come down (10:05!!). She was super kind to my two boys and went above and beyond. Well done, we’ll done.

When you check to find places with a pool and hot tub. Have your kids. Drive 20 miles out of your way. To be told pool and hot tub are not open. It really tends to piss you off. There should be some kind of post that says they are not open . Made for a not so great trip. And we did not get a break at all.

Unfortunately the heat did not work in our room, it was reported, front desk came and turned it even higher but nothing. Also we did not get to enjoy the pool area due to a large number of children diving and jumping around the pool area. I have s medical condition the hot tub was supposed to help. There were kids jumping and splashing in the hot tub, it was reported very disappointed. Breakfast was good.
