Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, decent pool and hot tub. This has become our stop of choice on our family annual trip.

My husband and I had a good stay. The check in girl, Hannah, was nice, but didn't tell us anything, unless we asked, like where our room was, where the ice machine was, what time breakfast was. There are no elevators, but not too many steps so that's ok. I made a special request for a room that wasn't near any children, and they delivered. Ample parking, there are tons of spaces. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good choices of channels on the tv. There were plenty of plugs ins around the room, including USB ports. They also have room doors that don't slam and shake the whole building. The window opened pretty wide, but the people in that town apparently don't believe in mufflers or tune ups, because they sure rev their engines a lot on that main drag. So we couldn't leave the window open unfortunately. Definitely not the hotels fault, just the disrespectful people in that town. I can't speak on the water pressure or the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Not a huge selection, but enough. Check out was easy, you just leave the card on the front desk. I had called to inquire if this was an American owned hotel (that's important to us). I was told it was, but when checking out it looked like a foreign woman (Indian) in the office, so I was unhappy about that (if in fact, it is not an American owned hotel). But it's a nice hotel and we weren't disappointed with the room.

Very nice place. Attendant was awesome, there was pop corn to the kids (and us too). Very nice pool, jacuzzi, great breakfast. I'll be back soon.

Comfortable, family oriented

Great value hotel. Not fancy but has all of the required elements for a stay when visiting family. Wish they had rooms with king size bed.

This hotel was perfect for a quick overnight stay for our family. We arrived late (11 p.m.) and left the next morning by check out. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked with every roll over but honestly, we were so tired it didn't even matter. Very friendly staff, convenient location outside the city so not too busy or loud. Good breakfast, not a huge selection but tolerable for a free make it yourself kind of deal. Would have loved to see more fresh fruit. Room was very spacious and clean (although we found popcorn under our dresser when cleaning up our little one's toys. We didn't eat popcorn during our stay...) Would probably stay here again as a second or third choice but likely not for very long.
