Comfort Suites South

The hotel was very clean. The staff were all extremely friendly. The pool area was very clean and the hot tub was very hot. The bed was so comfy too. My kids only complaint was that the pool is small. I have no complaints. One of the best stays in a hotel that i've had in awhile.

We were chased out of the pool to get our wrist bands but yet other ppl weren't even asked for theirs and we were super respectful and then at all hours of the night the unsupervised children that were running wild throughout the hotel ran up and down the hallway till all hours of the night and into the morning 2am 3am normally we love this hotel it's our go to but this time it was VERY unpleasant

I thought it was a good place to stay. They had a crib for my baby and it was clean.

One of the beds bedding and pillow had stains that were visible. Toilet seat was loose, sink cracked, picture missing, scuff mark on wall, and rug had stains in it. Was told they just got a new owner. They did have a pool but it was small and swarmed by kids of course. I know they had fun. Breakfast was not that great.

Took my babies for the wknd There wasn't much staff but the man running things was so compassionate and understanding i would definitely go back great stay overall thanks guys i would definitely recommend.. great stay overall

We had our young grandchildren with us and they also commented on the condition of our room, and the dining area.

To start off the pool was out of order due to maintenance. We stayed 4 nights still no pool or even a repair truck, this is the main reason I picked this property vs others. But I can get over that the rest not so much. The room was nasty stains on the carpet, bed sheets and the mattress cover should come with a prescription for penicillin.....the AC unit had mold/mildew and dust/grim in it. The carpet was super dirty so bad we made our children wear socks because it was turning the bottoms of their feet black. The hair dryer was broken in the room, we called the front desk and they told us they had a spare which I had to walk down to get, which was also barely working the switch was broken off and it would kick the ground fault. Also the plug in the bathtub was broken and would leak water out, I had to keep turning the water back on while giving my children a bath. Also when booking I listed that I would be bringing my children ages 2 and 3 and when we checked in they put us on the 3rd floor. The next morning the owner knocked on our door and said if they didn't quite down we would have to move rooms.... understandable but it was listed why did you put us in the 3rd floor when you know we have kids coming? Some good things are they stock a variety of drinks at the front desk including energy drinks, and snacks for a reasonable price. We didn't try the breakfast so no comment on that. They really need to work on cleanliness.
