We absolutely loved the friendly staff, they way they made you feel like you were home with family. The breakfast was good. Over all the hotel was clean and taken care of.

1 night stay for our family. Room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for the 3 of us. Nice to have a fridge. Slept well in the bed. Only downfall was the shampoo was empty in the shower. Other than that. Great stay. Breakfast was good

I had looked up several hotels for our trip to Holiday World and they were not looking so great so I decided to go a little out of the way and stay here and I am so glad that we did. The service was excellent, cleaniness, breakfast was a great variety clean and super kind ladies. The room was so spacious, clean, beds were comfortable. The room had fridge, microwave, desk space, couch and much more. It was perfect for our family of 4. Plus I recommend the Red Robin nearby, great food and service.

This was the last night of a 13 day trip for my family with young kids. We were exhausted, and we had stayed in a variety of places. We found Home2Suites a welcome stop on our journey. The staff was excellent, and I found the facility spacious and clean. We will definitely look for Home2Suites options on our next trip!

Great customer service, and the warm cookies at check-in were so thoughtful. However, we had very loud neighbors on both sides of our room, the pull out sofa had stains all over it, grout around shower was rotting, the tv didn't have any guide or info about channels (tv didn't even say what channels we were watching - it was weird), parking was not including the price, no free continental breakfast was disappointing, and only a non-heated outdoor poor which left my kids disappointed that it was too cold to swim.

Nice family friendly accommodations for 24hr stay. Breakfast variety/supply upkeep could’ve been a little better; but overall met our needs for one morning.
