Homewood Suites Fort Wayne

It was nice and it had a small kitchen. Very handy especially when kids come along. It was clean but not too clean in some parts. I think it should offer disposable plates and utensil as well.

Had a lot of trouble signing in, staff did not accept expedia booking of room with 4 adults and 2 children at all. Staff was very aggressive and rude when trying to resolve the issue, making demeaning and racist comments several times about my accented english. He repeatedly threatened to cancel our booking while insisting we had to book another room before ultimately giving in. Terrible customer service

I brought my family, and initially I put how many if us there are. We have 7. Our room was fine. However i dont feel that there was any planning in our stay. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, there was a blond hair in the shower. Not ours. There werent enough sheets or pillows for all of us. I thought that was the point in letting them know ahead of time there are 7 of us. But thankfully the front desk lady brought up a sheet set, blanket and another pillow. Otherwise we only stayed a night and it was suitable. We may try another place next time. As a side note, get to the breakfast early, because they run out of stuff quickly.

I loved that our room was down it’s own private hallway, it had a kitchen and was as cozy as a house. My family and I loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had a little bit of everything offered to eat

Pedro in the breakfast area was by far the highlight of our stay! So friendly and attentive! My kids LOVED him so did we!!

Went here for my son's 5th birthday. I called ahead 3 times and asked when I arrived about their pool policy since he was having friends and family swim with him. After being reassured 4 times we would not have trouble getting his birthday party to swim, I show up with kids in swimsuits to be told someone had reserved the pool. This is after I was told I could not reserve it over 3 weeks in advance. On top of terrible customer service by the second shift staff, our room was not clean to standards when we arrived. I know this, because I used to be their housekeeping supervisor 6 years ago. After ruiningy son's birthday party for him and his guests, a dirty room, and they did not handle the situation appropriately for the grief that was caused by their employees lack of knowledge and poor communication. This poor experience was not for lack of our being prepared, but their staff. I will note that the morning staff the next day was more accommodating, but still did not rectify the situation. We will be contacting corporate.

I feel the company is taking the COVID-19 epidemic way too far so I get to clean and get my own towels and all that stuff while I’m in a hotel I mean feels like family to do that why wouldNt I just stay home
