I booked this stay through hotels.com and when I arrived my reservation was not in the system. I ended up having to book at the hotel, the room I had reserved was not available so I had to settle for a lesser room for more than a hundred dollars more than the reservation I had made. The remote and one of the lights in the room didn't work. There were no linens for the pull out bed. Never got new towels or wash cloths. The amount of bleach/ chlorine in the pool had our eyes burning just sitting in the room watching the kids. Fellow guests were rude, loud, and walking around with open liquor containers. Ice machine on our floor was out of order.

The room had mold on the tub and ceiling throughout the hotel. The elevator is extremely loud (we could hear it in our room going up and down all night) and terrified the kids. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast and complementary water at the front desk. We did enjoy the hot tub but couldn’t get in the pool due to a rude group but not the hotels fault! Staff attempted to help but the family was overly demanding.

The property was nice and clean. Staff was also nice. I checked in went to eat and got an emergency phone call. I had an family emergency involving my son and could not stay. Would like to know if i could get a refund?

It was in a great area, staff was very friendly and our room was clean. However the amenities were below expectations. The complimentary breakfast wasn't what I was expecting. My husband's biscuit was still doughy, the turkey sausage looked like it wasn't cooked fully either. The fruit selection was also poor, the apples and bananas offered were too ripe. The indoor pool was very cold, as was the air around it..the thermostat inside the place said the water temp was 76 and air was 84 but there was no way it was 84 in this place. One of the deep end ladders was broken with caution tape all around it and only about half the jets in the hot tub worked. It served it's purpose for our one night stay - thank goodness because my whole family found the best uncomfortable - but we won't stay here again.

It was very nice - good sleep. Sadly i believe I left my headphone in my room. Not enough staff during breakfast and parents who let their children use the buffet on their own. Putting their food from their plate back into the buffet. YUCK!!!

I booked mainly because of the airport shuttle, but it didn't leave until 8am and we needed to leave at 7am so we had to get a taxi. We had family take us to the hotel so we had no vehicle.

When we checked in, the bathrooms had black hair all over. The sink, tub and shower clogged and they sent up a plunger & I had to plunge my own toilet. They had no swim towels at the pool so we had to use our room towels then the next day we needed bath towels they ran out and gave us swim towels. They ran out of food at breakfast & what was left was awful. They had no cream cheese and the bananas were practically black. The swimming pool and hot tub are cloudy in the chemicals burnt my child’s skin. Not to mention a huge crowd in the common area was very loud. I will never go back. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

we came for the children's zoo and Holiday Inn did not disappoint. The suite was fabulous for our family of 5 and the pool was terrific. The only issue we had was a small part from the sink that we found on the floor - looks like someone was fixing it before we walked in. Other than that, a terrific place to stay.
