Incredibly clean, well laid out rooms with wonderful amenities. Close to Parkview Regional Hospital, which made visiting a family member daily very easy.

Nice, easy stay. Things were clean and orderly. Unfortunately hot tub was awaiting a part and was down but the pool was operational and good. Only wish breakfast was included in the stay. $14/each for breakfast is a little costly for a family. It did snow overnight during our stay and the staff was great about getting walkways cleared and even provided us a brush to borrow to use on our car.

Trhe customer service was great the room was clean but i was disappointed that the hot tub was only as warm as a bath tub if that and was only half working with a bunch of loud kids splashing and yelling and no towels were in the pool room so had to return to my room for a dry towel. Breakfastvwas almost 14.00 which i declined because for less then that I could go down the road to another restaurant so i was disappointed that the price wasnt lower so i could stay there to eat and not waste time leaving for food.

Beds were like sleeping on concrete, between us and our friends in another room there were multiple mistakes with running card payments. Then the drunk people banging on doors trying to get in room and large group of screaming kids outside of our window.

My complaints are mostly about the room we were given. It was directly across the hall from the pool. If you like the smell of chlorine and the sound of squealing children, great. If not, you’re in trouble. The walls are not incredibly thick, so you can hear the sound of freeway, as well as Hacking Harry and Harriet in the room next door. Our bathroom door would close part way, and then would stick on the floor, making us use brute force to shut it. When we mentioned it to the front desk, a staff member walking by said, “Oh, you must have been in 117.” If they know it’s an issue, why give us that room?? There was also some sort of block party in the parking lot. Odd experience.
