Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

Amenities and satisfaction beyond expectations for the value price! Very happy with our last minute stay with 2 kids. I would stay here again.

The receptionist that I worked with both days was truly amazing! My family was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a bit pricey our second night.

Needed a place to sleep and shower while visiting family near Fort Wayne. This one fit the bill for the price. Front desk staff was incredibly friendly. Room Kinda musty smelling, bathroom door didn't close and toilet didn't flush right but it all worked out.

Best Western showed no empathy for our family situation. Our lives flipped upside down when out of a sudden a medical emergency occurred. The money may not matter to Best Western but to our family it makes a difference. We are very disappointed.

It has a great outdoor space for the dogs, but there was lots of poop on the ground and not cleaned up. The room was bright with the sun coming in. We were in an adjoining room with our neighbours arriving later in the evening and being very loud. The door between the rooms did not go to the floor so we got the light from the other room coming into our room. The water was a little warm to cold as you took a shower. There was only one table in the diningroom to accommodate more than two people with this being taken up by two people. The coffee maker in the room did not work. Breakfast was dismal, especially the yogurt which froze in the fridge. They did have applesauce and drinkable yogurts for young children. Lots of empty alcohol bottles around the property.

Convenient location, very friendly staff (especially Daniel who managed the breakfast area) & managed through some really challenging weather while we were there. Just what we needed while visiting family in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. More importantly, though, the kids loved the breakfast!

We got here at 11 and they said the people.were just checking out and we would have to wait until 2 thats was ok. When we checked in their was food in the fridge and a red mountain dew bottle next to the bed. We waitied for them to clean the room and it wasnt dirty but it had stuff left behind. I had small children and of course they were touching everything

The room was old, but clean and the door lock had been broken off. Not too safe for someone staying solo. The toilet overflowed the first night. I had to shut the water off because I couldn’t get it to stop. As I was in town for a funeral, I had to leave to meet family and stopped by the front desk to explain. He said he would get someone up there. Upon returning to my room (at midnight), there were folded towels inside the door, a garbage bag in the sink and the bathroom floor was full of wet dirty towels. I went down to the desk and he said housekeeping would get it in the morning. Wait, what? Next morning I have to get ready for the funeral and had to use the bathroom in the lobby. After the service I came back to my room and housekeeping picked up the towels but did not clean the toilet seat or sticky bathroom floor. Asking for the manager to contact me was useless, as he/she was MIA the whole weekend. Horrible experience. Oh, to top it off, the hotel charged me twice for my stay, once Friday, once Saturday AND hotels.com charged me too!
