Comfort Suites Burlington

Found a needle on the bathroom in the first room & then when we got upgraded to the family suite, it was full of spiders.

Great place, very accommodating!! Awesome rooms with couches. Excellent for a family.

Room above us was very noisy thru midnight. I have 2 kids, 1 being 3 years old and couldnt sleep due to the loudness of the room above us. We complained multiple times and was told nothing could be done. When checking out i asked for some type of reimburselment and they refused. The desk staff were not polite nor inviting.

We like staying here when we come to town because it is the closest to the family we visit. This property is usually quiet, nice amenities, staff is always friendly. Per usual, with any hotel, the worst thing about hotels is the other people visiting and they are sometimes the worst. People need to learn some etiquette. But that isn't the hotels fault. The hotel itself is definitely worth the stay, even if people suck.

My room was very clean and huge. Shower could have been better. The staff could have done a better job not letting little kids run around the hallways at all hours making a lot of noise as I didn’t get good sleep. Due to that I checked into the casino hotel for my second booked night and ended up paying for two hotel nights instead of one. Breakfast was typical and hot. The breakfast attend was really nice and helpful to everyone. Honestly would give this hotel another try if I didn’t need to be up early.

Our visit was to see and spend time with family. Our room was very clean, comfortable and all the staff was very nice. We love the pool area, the disappoint was the hot tub was not working.

It was comfortable, clean, and everything you would expect for its star level. The staff was friendly and our kids thought the breakfast was great.
