We were very happy with our accomadations. The pool was especially neat with the water slides for older children and another for toddlers.

Very comfortable rooms. They also have an awesome pool area for the family. They have a kitty pool with a frog slide they even have a tunnel slide in the big pool. Great breakfast as well! Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Our only issue was the key cards kept not working and we had to take them to the front desk to get reworking. It's a little annoying with a toddler. But, love the Continental breakfast, clean rooms, solid beds. Update the TVs to smart TVs!

The water slide was a great feature that our kids really enjoyed. The breakfast was always well stocked and staff friendly. The man who worked nights at the desk kept it fun. The only thing i didnt like, the staircase to the water slide had old bandages on apmoat every staircase. Better maintenance or cleaning needs to be done. Otherwise, overall, good place to spend the time.

Could not have been more pleased with my accommodations. Very spacious and clean, bathroom had plenty of room and great towels. Despite being well occupied, it was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and no loud traffic outside to deal with. My grandkids would have loved the pool with a decent water slide. Decent breakfast included with a very reasonable room rate. Location was excellent, just a mile from the heart of downtown Galena. Lastly, the staff there is excellent, very friendly! I spent three days in Galena and if I ever come back, this is where I’ll stay.

They shut the water off while we were going down the slide. When we asked about it we were told we weren't seen on cameras. With children being there with the slide at one point why wouldn't you do a physical check of pool before shutting things off? Our door was also compromised. We left our room to come back to the door still partly open because of screws on a plate on the floor.

Room was clean. Extra pillows available. We were placed right next to the kitchen area so the noise was awful. Very loud diners during breakfast right at 630am, lots of screaming kids running up and down the hall. Bed was uncomfortable. We have stayed at a lot of Country Inns and this one was subpar unfortunately. Maybe the experience would have been different in a different room but this experience was disappointing

Hotel was busy due to Spring Break celebrating families. This hotel is very family friendly as it offers a large indoor pool area with slides very popular with children! As busy as hotel was, staff did a great job of staying on top of cleanliness and included breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised there was an indoor water park here. Nice benefit for all families. Our room was clean and comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator are hidden in the cabinets. Would stay here again.
