I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for our adult children and 1 for my husband and me, and both had the cabin-theme. We truly enjoyed our time, we had a little balcony. Sumit checked us in, and he was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we travel to Galena!

We came to town to visit with family and spend the day in town. Looked forward to the jettes tub and it was perfect and bigger than I've seen at other places it also has an door to the parking lot from our room and patio. Great food spread for breakfast. We'll be back!

The staff was not friendly at all and almost seemed like they were being put out when I called to request they replace the liner for the ice bucket and that a light bulb was burned out. When the woman came to the room with both the liner and the bulb, she didn't even speak to anyone. I called the front desk at 11 pm to request that they call the room above us to ask the guests there to stop running above us. Thankfully that was handled. I wonder why they would put a family of kids above other guests when the hotel obviously had available rooms since there were only a couple of cars in the lot?

Our family enjoyed our stay. We loved having a balcony and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. We lucked out to be the only ones in the pool, because it is small. Only downfall was there was no elevator for 2nd floor guests. This made bringing a toddler, stroller, pack n play, etc a pain to haul up stairs. However, we were pleased with the large size of our room, the free breakfast, the location and the comfort of the bed.
