Room wasn’t ready when I went to check in with my kids and had a gambling room instead of something family friendly.

The hotel was clean and convenient for visiting my family in Flora, Il. The breakfast was not as good as it was in the past. They served sausage gravy that was cold, and the biscuits were hard and cold. The staff was friendly, and check-in was fast.

When my husband tried to check in the desk clerk had already given away our specifically reserved room and then was snotty to me later when I asked for a luggage rack. She complained she's only worked here for a month and no one tells her anything. Not a pleasant person. The breakfast room attendant almost knocked me to the floor while I was getting orange juice and she then decided she wanted to make coffee. I had to grab the counter to remain upright. No apology. Awful staff. We have about 10 rooms reserved here for a family reunion and I regret it already.
