Best Western Delta Inn

The staff were terrible. At the reception, we didn't get a " hello" even after volunteered one. The first words items by the receptionist who had her mouth full of food was" name?" The gym had terrible equipment, with sticky, dirty buttons on the treadmill. Breakfast was the first I have ever had in a hotel that includes breakfast: no fruit at all, no unflavored oatmeal or any cereal other than kids ones, and no black tea. There was an empty box of black tea bags so I went to the reception asking if they had some and both ladies just repeated: black tea??? No! First time we have been unhappy with this hotel chain

The staff treats you like family. Breakfast menu changes daily so you know the food will be fresh. They even bake cookies for the Happy Hour!

Great breakfast. Super comfy beds. Digital thermostats in the rooms. Beds were really high off the ground, not so great for kids and short people.

Friendly staff, nice place to sleep for the night during our cross country road trip with the family.

We have stayed here for many years as we visit family in Effingham. I am a little disappointed as we had to go get our own towels, coffee & sit trash outside the door. In other words, on multi day stays, we had no housekeeping. This is not a cheap hotel & I expected better service.

We were on a family trip, and chose this place because of it being about 2-3 hours from Indianapolis. This was one of the nicest hotes we have stayed at in the past five years. It is very well constructed (nice solid wood doors in the room) and maintained. The breakfast was great, and the people who work there are very helpful.

We travel with kids, so we loved the warm pool! Great breakfast, and free cookies were a plus! We also had a dog and were only charged a $15 free (instead of $50 like some places).

Room was nice. Pool was fun for grandkids. Breakfast was ok. Hallway carpet and floors in lobby need cleaning. Spoiled carpet. Men’s room floor and lobby floor needed sweeping and mopping.
