The hotel was a very nice and clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the breakfast. There wasn't a lot of selections for a gluten-free vegan but i was still able to eat breakfast with my husband in the dining area.

The room was smelly and not clean. It’s good only for 1 person if you are staying for 1 night. I don’t recommend for families.

I went for a joyous occasion and had a wonderful time. My chief complaint really is something that the hotel could do nothing about. The drivers in the area were/are consistently rude and awful! I was parked and someone came by and sideswiped me, didn't even slow down! But because I have family in the area, I'll come back.

This hotel was in a great location to walk with our family and ride the train into the city. There are several great dining options near the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and replenished frequently it was very busy during spring break. My kids enjoyed the pool but wish it was open until 10 pm. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, but our room was very hot and adjusting the temperature did not make a difference.

Everything was really good except for the pool area. There were never towels. And the bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper and no towels for drying your hands. It seemed that the staff was overwhelmed with a large amount of kids swimming over the weekend. Other than that, it was great. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Staff upon arrival was very pleasant. Staff next morning rough. Breakfast was cleaned out at 9 despite verbal info that Thanksgiving was a holiday, and posting that Holiday breakfast was till 10. The lady would not stop cleaning up and a ??supervisor??? stated: oh no, tomorrow is when we observe the Holiday, this lady has to go home to her family...rude, weird, and unprofessional

Customer service was amazing from check in to check out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. Breakfast was great and we loved the attached Outback Steakhouse. Only downside was the pool. The temperature was too warm and because its located in a small basement the kids yelling really echoed off the walls. Not very enjoyable, stayed 15 minutes and left. But the rest of the hotel made up for it. The ease of parking and getting into our room, The staff so friendly and helpful. The layout with our little living room and kitchen, and the bed by the window with a view. The housekeeping staff was nice and got us what we needed. Very nice, made up for the pool.

Hotel was really nice parking was pricey $30 a day to park.. breakfast was daily till 10am which was great for the kids..
