Very close to family that are visiting staff are very nice

This is our go-to place when we visit the area. It's always run very well, has very clean rooms, dining area, swimming pool and more. It's located in a very convenient place for us to visit family in both Champaign and Mahomet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! And, it's pet friendly with tons of walking paths nearby and grassy fields.

We were fortunate enough to find a hotel in close proximity to a family member’s home that we were visiting. We liked the fact that the hotel was a bit further away from the downtown Champaign area but still conveniently located. It was very clean and the rooms were well laid out. Nice.

Will definitely remember this hotel next time we drive through. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance, kids enjoyed the salt water pool, and breakfast was great.

I’m so mad! I paid for Hampton, when I arrived they sent me to HOME2SUITES. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds!! I was given a room with 1 queen bed & a pull out couch! That’s not what I paid for. My family is staying at the Hampton…now we are separated. The Hime2Suites is not nearly as nice as the Hampton. Expedia NEVER reached out to me. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER book through Expedia again!

This is a very good family hotel. Friendly and professional staff. The bed and sheets were very good. But the pillows are insignificant. We always bring out own.

Unfortunately, I think we came on a bad day. The hotel was so short staffed that the first room we were given actually already had someone in it. The front desk person had to run up to actually check to see if there was a clean unoccupied room. Once she found one. We were able to check in but unfortunately it was only half cleaned. The bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests there were old shampoo bottles, trash and hair left behind. It was late and our kids were tired so instead of waiting on another room. They brought up Lysol wipes and I did a quick clean of the bathroom myself and put out the trash and asked for new shampoo/conditioner. I think the staff was doing their best, but I’ve never quite had anc experience like that. It was just an unfortunate experience all around.

Fantastic! Our room was fresh and clean! Well-appointed room with nice extras. Amazing breakfast! We stayed 2 nights, and there was a really nice and different variety each morning. Ready at 6 a.m. as advertised. The head cook was knowledgeable about food allergies and had nice options readily available. Much appreciated! Our only complaint would be the noisy children and tweens who were disrespectful to guests...not the hotel's fault but still annoying.

Stayed the night on our way down to FL. The hotel was clean, and family friendly.
