Great family friendly hotel. We were there for 2 nights for a volleyball tournament. It was in a safe area and close to the University of Illinois.

Nice place overall. Stained carpets in the hallway. The sleep away sofa bedding was dirty and stained. Had to share the queen with my kid.

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance to nice restaurants and grocery stores. The pools heater was out so the water was cold, but my kids still had a blast swimming in it!

Absolutely horrible stay. My kids were looking forward to the pool just to get here after a long trip to find out that it was out of order. We couldn’t even take a shower because the shower doors were broke! I was told that I had to wait until 6am. I asked for another room And was told that it was already sold out and if I wanted to leave that they can give me my money back. Where in the world was I going to go at 9pm with kids?

We had lost power due to the weather and booked this stay last minute, it was clean and plenty of room, the kinky disappointment was the pool being closed and that's what the kids were looking forward to the most

The pool wasn't in use and the breakfast wasn't to impressed with it, however the coffee was great and our room was beautiful, very cleaned and the staff was very friendly. I and my family will definitely be coming back soon
