Every time I go to Chicago I stay here if I go by myself or with family that is the place to go! Staff and manager are always professional and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable

It is a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Would recommend it to friends and family. The main entrance is having new bricks layed, so was difficult for dropping off and picking up!

Older Building but well kept & maintenance… Very clean & fresh from the hallway carpets to the the rooms! I’m always looking for breakfast being that I travel with small kid that loves breakfast but unfortunately, we weren’t able to get hot eggs here.. The options were cereal, coffee, or old biscuits with white gravy! Wait, there was a waffle maker but the batter was so watery that the waffles were coming out like crackers..

The toilet in the room is too low for older adults to use comfortably. We compared it to the toilets used in day care centers\elementary schools for children. Honestly, very difficult to be seated and then to rise up as well. We would recommend taking them out and replacing with a standard height toilet before someone gets injured.
