Best Western Plus Green Mill Village Hotel & Suites

This was a great place for our family of 5 to stay at while we were here for a track event. Very close to an Amish town and Champaign, IL wasn’t too far away too. The room felt humid at times but otherwise we loved it and would stay again!

Good rates. Clean rooms .the staff is not so pleasant and not kid friendly. Maybe the night shift only. Don’t know I checked out in the morning.i didn’t like the $50 deposit upon checking in either as it was not mentioned in the booking.

Very nice hotel. We just came for a weekend family trip just to get away. Only live like 2 hours south. Was a very nice room and clean. Well stocked with coffee and kept fresh coffee in lobby 24/7. The beds were a bit worn and needed replacing as they lacked in terms of comfort. The pillow top was gone in our first room. Our air condition stopped working out second night and they immediate got us into a new room and those beds were a little better, still getting worn down though. We were very happy with the night enjoyed at front desk who got us moved. Since it was later she didn't make us move all of our stuff out of the other room so we were able to just take what we needed and get to bed. We packed up both rooms the next morning. Very easy express checkout. Our invoice was under our door in the morning. The pool was maintained, clean, comfy temp and plenty of pool towels cleaned and available. The tiny gym was perfect for minimal workout each night. Breakfast was excellent. Different options both days too, so that was nice. Ladies running breakfast were very accommodating and friendly. All in all a very nice pleasant experience. Will definitely remember this location when the cabin fever hits and we need to get out. #getnewbeds

We needed somewhere to stay on our way to Indiana and booked this online. It was fabulous!! Very clean and comfortable! The kids enjoyed the pool as well!

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a family member. The room was very spacious and much larger than I expected it to be. The room (and the entire hotel) was very clean and comfortable. I even enjoyed having the table with internet connection so I could work my laptop while I was there. The chair and footstool in the corner gave us another place to relax and feel like we were at home.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly, but what impressed me the most was that she had extra sheets and blankets for the sofa bed in our room, as well as extra towels, ready and waiting for us. She noticed that we had booked the room for 6 people, and had everything waiting for us. That has NEVER happened at any hotel our family of 6 has stayed at. I always have to ask for stuff to make the bed and enough towels for everyone. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot, and I wish it were standard everywhere. Our room was clean, although we found deodorant and an empty beer can left by previous guests underneath the furniture. The property was securely locked at night, even at the front door. The breakfast had lots of options and was well-stocked.
