It's almost next door to a popular family restaurant, and convenient to everything Sandpoint.

So one interesting thing that we haven't seen before is a metal bed frame. it sounded like a tin pan or lid popping from time to time with climbing into bed or shifting in the night. Even though this was different it gave us a laugh with the noises. Clean hotel and very friendly staff where we would stay again. Hot tub was great and needed room key to get in so safe and secure for families.

The jacuzzi was not hot, it was clean and the jets are a little broken. It would be great for kids but my husband and i were a bit disappointed. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything. I'd stay here a again for the price.

We stayed here with our kids on a trip to silverwood. Hotels in the area all seem to be fairly expensive, and this one was a bit more reasonable. They include breakfast which is fairly simple but well run by lovely people. The rooms are up to date and clean too

Staff were great and the room was okay. Just didn't realize it was right on a main street that is super loud in the summer. Probably a great hotel if you don't have young kids, but the noise kept us all up late into the night.

Every single staff we interacted with was great. The buildings are not new, but they are very clean, updated and maintained. We appreciated the hot tub after days of skiing and the included breakfast helped us get up on the mountain sooner! Perfect for our family of 4.

The pictures on the website do not depict the hotel at all. When we showed up they told us the hotel was in three seperate buildings. We then had to drive another 2 blocks to our hotel room. No elevator, had to haul up our luggage. Got in our room and it smelled musty. New flooring and bedding but we had aphids in the room, bathroom was small, doors barely closed well, balcony could only be stood on ( no room for a chair). The breakfast was basically shopping at a convenience store. Open a fridge, grab a burrito and microwave it. The jacuzzi looked disgusting and the pool was in another building and didn't feel comfortable to let my kid go across a street to go in another building to swim by himself and he's 12. Please don't let your family stay here if you expect a family friendly hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel would be the friendliness of the front desk staff.

First of all, there is a bar in the middle of the property between the pool and the first building that has karaoke until late night and the customers play some redneck games of hammering nails in stums and then all yell waking up hotel customers all continually. Do not stay in building next to the pool. The rooms were clean but our remote to the tv wasn't programmed to the tv and the front door didn't close all the way which could have been why I hear the bar crowd all night. The hotel is spread over a couple different blocks making you walk across the street to access either the pool or the hot tub or the continental breakfast. Stange layout. Also, do not swim at night. I had bats swarming me and dive bombing me continually until I made a run for it and was even hit in the face by one. Not Cool! It would have been worse had my children been with me, they would have had meltdowns. Great location but bars on all sides of you is tough when you need to get some rest. The employees are super nice and friendly and stated they have talked to management several time, but nothing is ever done or can be done.

Property is great location and value for proximity to restaurant and amenities. Satellite TV was a bonus for family with small children.
