Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center

Old buildings around central courtyard with pool. Outdated old carpet & beds need better mattresses. Stairs to second floor units but, we were able to get a first floor room. Limited handicapped parking so had to negotiate curbs to sidewalk. Breakfast options were good but, breakfast was in the main building which required outside access (good thing it wasn't raining). Coffee maker in room was broken and front desk acted as if it would be a lengthy process to get another one so why bother? Creek type deep ditch at back of property had no fence for safety of young children or pets.

Overall good choice. Rooms are arranged around a large courtyard ish grassy areas, sand volleyball, large pool, nice fire pit .... there was live music in our visit as well. Although there were lots of active families enjoying the amenities, everything quieted down at an appropriate time. Room was clean as expected my only suggestion is moving the microwave from the bathroom counter to the main room near the fridge. The bathroom counter was eaten up by the microwave on one side of the sink and coffee maker on the other. Maybe it was just our room (141). Staff was super helpful in person and over the phone, Full, hot breakfast with plentiful options - the hostess was super efficient. Would stop again.

We stayed here on a family trip. The original accessible room they assigned, unfortunately, had not been cleaned. They moved us to another room. The walls were a tad thin-could hear the kids next door. Other than that the room was good. Breakfast was one of the best we've EVER had at a hotel, including in Europe. Lots of people in the pool and the courtyard. Checkout was a breeze.

I wish the pool was open longer. 10 is super early especially in the summer. I wanted to sit and relax after kids went to bed and couldnt. Breakfast is mediocre. And i cant stand that a noce hotel uses vheap ads toilet paper that is super thin and gets stuck everywhere.

Older hotel but in great condition. Grounds are lovely. Breakfast was great. Convenient location for visiting family in Burley. Lots of dining and grocery stores near the hotel

Great facilities for a family. Our bathroom floor was dirty and an employee met a friend after work on the patio. This “friend” proceeded to have a very sexually explicit FaceTime call with a friend while sitting on the patio. Kinda ruined our time sitting and having drinks.

The room and staff were great. The kids played in the pool and it was very clean. We didn’t have our “do not disturb” sign on our door but our room was never cleaned. We were expecting clean towels each night when we came back and that was not the case. The first night I didn’t think much about it, the next night I realized we were being skipped. Otherwise happy with our stay, clean nice rooms. Family friendly

This is our second stay at this property. Still very comfortable and nice. Very family friendly.

Let me start by saying the Front Desk was amazing! Very friendly, very nice........BUT thats where it ends, the hotel was filled with shady characters, and the pool was nice BUT filled with unsupervised kids, and most of them I saw walking back to the budget motel next to the property. My guess is the shady people were from the budget motel and they just used the Best Westerns pool and property. Very disapointed we LOVE best Westerns and every other one has been very nice, would not stay at this one again. Felt very unsafe in our room.

Stay was great, lots of parking space for our pick-up and 24ft trailer. along with friends and their trailers. Breakfast was amazing kids looked forward to it every morning.
