Overall this was a great trip, mainly facilitated by a great stay at Turtle Bay. My one recommendation to the hotel is to be more accommodating to large groups who work with them in advance. We were not able to make reservations at many restaurants and the ones were we did or walked in consistently sat us at two tables. We understand a party of 16 is large, but many families come to Hawaii for a reunion or time together and constantly separating us defeated the purpose. That being said, there is very little else I would change about the service, hospitality, and professionalism of the staff and facility.

We are a family of four and stayed in an Ocean Bungalow. It was beautiful, amazing location and perfect room. It was clean and the bungalow area was much quieter than the resort. Only negatives were not many food options (all very expensive), it was extremely pricey to do anything and we would have expected more to be included considering the cost of the bungalow. Despite this, it was a lovely holiday and beautiful resort

Turtle Bay is a beautiful top level resort. Resort fees are high so be prepared. On Oahu no resort has the natural beauty views that this resort can provide. Ocean Club breakfast is great. Ocean club lunch and dinner options has room for improvement. Bathrooms are beautiful with rain showerheads and large tubs. It is the perfect place for family. More options for solo travelers are needed. Overall If you have the finances, Turtle Bay will provide the most beautiful natural views of Oahu that few resorts can provide.

Wonderful Hotel for families, couples, and friends. Beautiful location that makes you feel like you never need to leave. The service is top notch with warm and friendly people everywhere. The restaurants are expensive but delicious. The hotel market and cafe offer affordable food options. There are free and fun Hula and Lei making classes. There is a jazzy adult only pool and warm and inviting kids pool with slides. If you are traveling with kids bring them to Turtle Bay Resort to reconnect and recharge. My 7 and 5 year old actually felt sad when we stood in that beautiful lobby on our last day. We plan to return for the holidays because it is a wonderful place to create Lifetime memories.

By far the nicest hotel my wife and I stayed at in our rather long round the world tour. Don’t be cared (like I was) of the high price. It is completely worth the price. We even got unprecedented rain one of the days and less than great weather the other two. Didn’t matter. Everything about this place is amazing. Staff. Pool. Beaches, whether for surfing, watching surfing, kids or just breathtaking sunsets(and the hotel giving lots of free and comfy spots to enjoy them).
Lastly, I very much appreciated that the general store was very reasonable (wine a bit too overpriced) as that was a worry with no ABC or really any convenience stores nearby and while food trucks and Food Land grocery are a nice cheap option, incredibly you don’t need to worry about leaving the resort for anything other than amazing drives in either direction. Great job Turtle Bay. Coming back to Oahu entirely because of this one short stay!

The resort in beautiful. Very friendly staff. The price is reasonable. The only negative..Young children in the vip club room should not be serving themselves to the food trays. Make the club adult only or inform parents to serve their lovely sneezing children.

We truly loved our stay at Turtle Bay. We have stayed there before their large renovation and the renovation is truly breathtaking. It is so relaxing and still great for families. Our son loved the kid's pool area and we loved getting to walk and bike to multiple beaches around the property.
The rooms were clean and had beautiful ocean views. We loved having a wristband for the property instead of a hotel key card. Made it so convenient for the beach and pool.
Most of the staff was super welcoming and helpful. We only had one or two instances of that not being the case.

Absolutely wonderful stay. There are so many excursions available for the family. We stayed in the oceanfront bungalows. Room was fabulous, had our own parking for the rental car. We rented bikes and rode the trails, a map was provided. The pools are ridiculously cold and need to be heated. There is a hidden jacuzzi by the Sunset bar and that was lukewarm. The beach amenities were great. Food was good at Alilea and Yamaguchi sp? We drove to food trucks Tanaka Farms and Romy's for garlic shrimp. Really good at Tanaka farms. Didn't want to wait the 45 mins for Romy's. The Polynesian Center was an awesome experience, I would recommend upgrading to the buffet. Food was excellent with lots of choices. Overall the hotel was clean and huge. Our Bungalow hosts were exceptional, especially Foia! Really enjoyed the experience and will plan to return with more family!

Our family loved this hotel so much! The pools, especially the slides and lounge chairs in the water were heavenly! The Bay where we swam with Sea Turtles was such a delight! The rooms were comfy, clean and we loved our balcony where we could view the sunset every night! The staff were so friendly and always helpful! We would stay there again for sure! We're grateful for the wonderful memories we made there!
