Great hotel near lagoons. We liked the area better than staying downtown. Breakfast was great and especially helpful with kids. Staff was extremely friendly.

This property is beautiful and clean. It was close to our family, which was the reason for our visit. The staff are what makes this hotel wonderful. They consistently went out of their way to be helpful.

Close to where my family lives 😀. Waikiki is overrated, too many people very touristy and Kapolei is just perfect place to stay. Safe, quiet and not too far from the places to visit in Honolulu. Drinks snacks everything included even breakfast. Highly recommended

The place is really nice. The staff was very attentive. Happy hour was great to wine down daily, breakfast is the best. The location was A all around good in my books and I will keep it on my saved list and tell friends and family.

I liked that our kids could not worry about facilities being accessible. What i loved was the free breakfast which a was a huge weight off my shoulders with 3 kids in the mornings. The 2 drinks complimentary was nice to have with my husband. Very welcoming to LOCAL residents as well

The breakfast buffet and supper restaurants was a bonus. Close to the lagoons for families to enjoy the ocean’s. Away from the busyness of downtown Waikiki

A lovely hotel, great staff that was very helpful. We liked the 2x double beds as well as a pull out couch in each room. We are travelling with a large family of 7x and it worked great for us. A great location out of the busy area if Waikiki.

We enjoy the location of Embassy Suites in Kapolei, we are 10 minutes from Ewa, 30 minutes from the North Shore and pretty central to places we wanted to visit while on Oahu. We loved the options at breakfast, but are missing the salsa at the omelette bar. We also enjoy the happy hour in the evening. Our room is always refreshed when we arrive back from a day out. We make sure to stay on the premium floor for the additional snacks and drinks! The kids look forward to it.
