Comfort Suites

PROS: Check-in process was simple, the gentleman at the front desk (Peter?) was professional, friendly and helpful. When Peter saw I was traveling with a newborn, he didn't hesitated to offer his help and even brought us a crib. He was fantastic. Room was ok for a hotel of this category, I will stay here again. The lady in-charge of the breakfast area keep all clean, went table to table asking if we were ok or needed something else. Breakfast area was clean and decent food. CONS: We found some hairs in the room and restroom, looked wiped, so maybe it wasn't properly removed during cleaning? Toilet was not flushing, we didn't reported, but I guess is something that should be working always.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good for and economy hotel. The front desk clerk paolo was excellent. The pool is small but great for swimming with family as long as there are not too many people. There are plenty of food options around including close to mall. There is a small pond behind the hotel that has a ton of turtles in it. We counted like 30 turtles at one time. Over all this was one of the better hotels I have stayed in. I would say they do need to look into the drain in the parking lot cause it did flood over with some heavier rain, like a good foot deep.

The front desk attendant (sorry can't remember name-beautiful young lady), best customer service. She was fun and friendly. The happy hour was great! My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine/beer and my girls had and I quote "the best cookies EVER" and chips and salsa before swimming. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was great. With about 10 minutes left, the wonderful staff were still replenishing items and made an announcement before cleaning up in case anyone needed anything else. It seemed the staff cared about the customers and you don't see that much these days so a big thank you from my family!

My family and I had such a comfortable stay! We were greeted and able to check in quickly. Phil was professional, friendly, and courteous. The room was clean and inviting. Plus, I love that they have established 'quiet hours"- which was greatly appreciated. I really like that it was located right off the exit and within walking distance of family-friendly restaurants.

Clean, quiet, convenient. Exactly what my family needed for our travel.

Check in was fast and efficient. We got settled into our room and it was clean and appeared very comfortable. We went out for dinner and returned to the room to relax before going to sleep and that's when the problems started. There is minimal or no sound dampening between floors. We listed to the children in the room above us jumping around on the floor and screaming. We thought maybe it would stop but by midnight we called the front desk to ask that they reach out to that room to quiet things down. It seemed reasonable because they have signs posted about being quiet after 10pm. When we tried to use the phone in the room we learned it was not even connected to the wall. We reached the front desk on our cell phone and things quieted down upstairs sometime after midnight. That's when we discovered that the in room refrigerator compressor had an awful hum. Not the most relaxing night I've spent at a Comfort Suites.

Missing pillow cases and sheets for the fold out set. First run we went on had a broken tv screen and no batteries in the remote. We switched rooms to next door and after we turned the air on, it smelled strongly of urine. Otherwise, it was generally clean and the needs were very comfortable. The furniture was pretty sharp cornered of you're someone with kids, it was a little dangerous. They also use very slippery cleaning products on the bathroom floors.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at the double queen suite with couch was very roomy, clean, and nicely decorated, there was a managers frrler wine & beer with cheese and crackers, chip and salsa reception in the evening and the breakfast was very good with the eggs sausage and other fixings offered, the staff was very friendly too. This was a family Christmas to exchages our gifts and we were happy to see the Christmas tree was still up and lit.
