Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites

Check in was great. Very friendly staff. Room was very spacious but FULL of either dog or cat hair. My child is allergic and had a very difficult time in the room.

The size of the room for our family was good. We did have to go downstairs twide after. Check in. We didn't have the sheets for the pull out couch. We had to back the second time because their wasn't any toilet paper. We got to the room around 10 pm and the kids were exhausted so that was very inconvenient.

It was a stopover for a night that I had booked a head of time and was not disappointed. We loved the room it was nice and big very comfortable. The noise was terrible though we had a child or children running back and forth above us late into the night and could even hear someone snoring. So we did not get much sleep. We would stay here again though.

Loved the full kitchen and suite; 24 hours coffee and chocolate machine is a hit for kids. The staffs are very friendly and we requested the room cleaning service for two days stay and it did the full service. We would definitely come back if we visit Valdosta again.

The Best in the Bestwestern family!! Have stayed in many Bestwestern over the last 30 years! This location gets the highest ratings from me!

Room was nice except for there being areas that were not cleaned properly. Also got a call from front desk we needed to quiet down but we have kids one of which is 2 and the floors are like paper so you hear everything. Made me feel unwelcomed an stressed to make any noise at all. Beds were super noisey so every toss or turn of the kids or myself woke everyone up throughout the night so we checked out in the morning super exhausted.

The room comfortably accommodated my family of six.

We were displaced during our beach vacation due to Hurricane Ian. We have 4 small children and reserved our room when mandatory evacuations were issued. Outstanding hotel! Clean, safe, comfortable and a well cared for hotel. We got there around 11:30pm. The receptionist (William?) was quick to get us checked in and he was pleasant and helpful. Our room was super clean and cozy. It was great having the little extra living room area for two of our kids and a blow up bed we had. Breakfast was hot and good for hotel food. Great staff. They were quick to accommodate everyone’s needs and to replenish the buffet. One of my kiddos left his stuffed animal in our room and our card was deactivated since it was just after 11 but a sweet house keeper was quick to unlock the door for us. My kids also played in the pool for about 30 minutes and only had great things to say about the pool. Just a great place overall. Hopefully it remains this way.

Great place, especially for a family.

Our family, 4 adults and 2 children stayed at the Best Western Valdosta for 3 nights. Check in was quick and easy. The lung man checking us in was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were immaculate and spacious. The common areas were immaculate as well. The children used the pool and loved it. Breakfast buffet was complimentary with a good selection of breakfast items. We would definitely stay here again.
