Home2 Suites by Hilton Roswell, GA

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. However our tv did not work. One of the employees tried everything she could to fix and came to conclusion that it could not be fixed and she would need to issue a refund for our room since she could not move us to another room. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice and clean. My kids and I enjoyed this stay (minus not having a tv because my son has a hard time sleeping without it.)

Lakerry and the other staff really make you feel like you are with family.

The 9+ rating at Hotels.com was definitely warranted for this hotel. Cleanliness is always a very high priority for our family, and this one made the grade. (You do have to ask for housekeeping service daily, though.) The pool was nice, though not heated. Breakfast is good with made-to-order waffles. The dining facilities were nice, the hotel employees were friendly, and plenty of parking while we were there. The hotel is located in a nice area, not far from some upscale shopping, and about a 25-minute drive to the Georgia Aquarium. This hotel will stay on my Hotels.com favorites list, and, should we visit Atlanta again, this is where we plan on staying.

Mom traveling with kids and was very happy with our stay here. Felt safe, bed was very comfortable and staff was friendly. Clean hotel, and breakfast was very good. Will stay again.

Short stay but check-in and room were good. Would definitely stay there again. Little disappointed in breakfast as they were trying something new. Wasn't good for our family.
