Comfort Suites Alpharetta/Roswell - Atlanta Area

I had booked 2 queen bedrooms and when we got to place all the had was a king and told me queen so we took those went to the queen room and keys would not work. someone came to door room was already booked. Went back down they gave us another room but only had King so took it the pull out bed did not have a mattress topper. Plus room had food and whatever else behind bed. went to go tell them they tried to give us another room and it also had someone staying in it so we just got topper out of the first room my older kids were staying in and moved the topper to our room. Also behind curtain was a chip and dead roach. Also breakfast use to be great here. No one was refilling anything and it was dirty behind counters. This place has really went down since our last visit a year ago. Will not be back

I had a death in the family and had to leave early they was understandable and fixed everything I will stay at this Motel anytime I am in the area

I visited this property with family, thought I was going to proper 2/3 star Hotel instead got the feeling I stayed in Motel, expect location all other things were bad, First had to wait for considerable time for front desk for Check-in, then had to deposit $100 upfront, then in room no soap/shampoo available in shower, TV had a glitch Overall bad experience staying this property, i would suggest avoid this if you can there are better options available in this area.

This property was convenient for us as we were visiting family. We were there for 2 nights. The internet in the room did not work. The young lady came up but she said maybe because we were on the 4th floor maybe it didn’t reach but she had no problem in the lobby. Don’t advertise internet if you can’t deliver. That would have been a game changer for us. The room was sparsely equipped for 2 nights. Only 2 towels, 2 washcloths, no bath mat and 2 hand towels, no extra coffee supplies. No housekeeping service period! Complained about the amount of supplies and they attributed it to staff shortage but what has that got to do with the number of linens in the room. It takes the same amount of time to put two of everything in the room. Probably would not stay here again. There are plenty of other choices in the area.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is a bit run down (a few things weren’t working in our room so they had to move us twice), but it served its purpose (staff was very kind and accommodating as well as understanding). They apologized for the a/c not working in our room the first night. Our family just needed to spend 2 nights in town before our final destination. My kids wished there was a pool (but their disappointment is my fault because I didn’t check that when I booked the hotel; I only checked for “free breakfast” and you know when you have kids, that’s important).
