Best Western Bradbury Inn & Suites

I have no complaints about the hotel or the room. My room was on the 1st floor I could only see the A/C unit from the room, but the room was clean, the hotel staff was very cordial. This was a family reunion weekend and we enjoy ourselves. Breakfast was tasty.

Very disappointed with the pool, it was ice cold, we could not enjoy, staff said it wasn’t heated when we asked and said guests assumed it would be heated because it was indoors; I have never stayed at a hotel with an indoor pool with a spa/ hot tub that was ice cold. We travelled 12 hours that day with a promise to our grandchildren of a pool when we arrived; even kids couldn’t enjoy 😞 went back to the room to watch a movie instead but couldn’t get the WiFi to work

The hotel is undergoing renovations. This was not advertised. I walked into the unlocked pool area to find no water in pool or hot tub. I was shocked that the doors of the pool were not locked!! There was absolutely no warning for people with kids etc! The beds are hard and I could feel the springs. There are also stains all along the bed skirt! The coffee pots are kept in the bathroom which is not hygienic! On arrival the desk clerk was pleasant and did change our room for us. The rooms are all advertised as having separate seating areas with a couch. They don’t all have this! I asked about coffee and she directed me to the dark dining area in her lobby. She was kind enough to turn the light’s on when I went back and asked her!! We would not book here again!

The biggest reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor pool which the kids always love however, the pool was freezing cold and so was the “hot” tub which was very surprising - my kids attempted to get in but their lips were blue. Clean room and very good breakfast though.

I had to get my spouse added to the room as I had a family emergency and could not come. I can’t remember the woman’s name but she went above and beyond to help us AND as soon as my husband said his name, she new who he was and got him checked in with no problem! I really wish I remembered her name because she deserves high recognition! My spouse said this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in a long time and hates that I’m missing it!

We specifically booked this hotel for our kids to swim and when we got here the pool is closed for maintenance. Sure wish there would have been a disclosure letting us know so we could have gone somewhere else. The lady at the front desk didnt care at all and ignored out concerns. Very disappointed with this experience!!

The jacuzzi was turned into a kiddie pool they both were dirty

Very clean and spacious for our stay . Breakfeast was good had multiple xhoices for the kiddos

When my family arrived everything was fine, but when we was getting the kids asleep and pulling out the love seat mattress it was fillled with urine! We hadn’t smelled it all afternoon but when we pulled out the love seats bed the smell over came the room and was so strong it filled the hallway outside of the room. We also had to pick up two dead roaches that had been dead for some time. The floor was cleaned in the bathroom.
