Best Western Plus Executive Residency Rigby's Water World Hotel

room wasn’t any available after check in time, finally chick in at 430 since we got a late chick in we request for late check out for next day answer was no we couldn’t do late check out but it’s ok that we couldn’t check in on time because of room wasn’t ready, and staff wasn’t even trying to help us with situation uncomfortable experience for my family

Room was clean and comfortable, we had a King Suite which was plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids, Sasha ,at the front desk, was especially friendly and professional (much appreciated) stay there every time we go to the Waterpark, Highly recommended!!!!

It was close to our house (we were having plumbing issues) and a fairly new hotel so I was hoping it would be a clean place to stay. What we didn’t like was that as we were coming back from dinner on the elevator with another family, they walked to our room and opened our door with their key. They had overbooked the room. We were horrified that someone had the key to our room! What if we were showering or not fully dressed? We had been there since 4:00 that afternoon. This was at 8:30 in the evening and we were returning from dinner. If we had been inside the room and someone had opened the door with their family, that would have scared the mess out of us. But if we hadn’t been on the scene, all of our things would have been open to this family to do with what they wanted. My purse was in the room along with jewelry. The staff in the lobby seemed inept - every shift. We were there two days and had to get our key replaced no less than two times. I deadbolted my door the next day and refused room service because I didn’t feel comfortable with who might come in my room with or without permission.

This has been our best road trip hotel random stop as a family. We drive until sleepy between MN to FL. This trip included 5 kids and a dog. I happened upon this place by chance, since it listed pet friendly. I will definitely stay here again and check for more on the way

Lots of kids staying for the waterpark, so do not expect quiet.

Hotel has rooms well suited for a family. Large living room allowed space for toddler to safely play. There were rememants of past guests i.e. chips on the carpet. Luckily I always being a large beach blanket to cover the floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definetly stay here again on our way to Florida.

Best stay ever! I recommend staying at this place. 10/10 staff was helpful and friendly and a must stay for family settings.

Very conveniently located, smelled very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Has a rooftop bar which is cool and fun. Great hotel! Also is right next to a water park and entertainment center so very kid friendly

First stay ever. Me and the little ones had a nice stay. The staff was friendly and made feel like home. I will definitely be staying again.
