Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warner Robins North West, an IHG Hotel

I loved that it was close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Property was clean as it is fairly new and far enough away from the busy areas on Watson Blvd. I felt safe, as I was traveling with my kids, and bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

We were startled awake at 2:45 in the morning by aggressive pounding on our door. It terrified us and our young children. The person at the door would not stop nor would they identify themselves or what they needed. My husband reluctantly opened the door a bit and asked what was going on. The person asked if we had a white vehicle. My husband said no and immediately shut the door. We tried calling the front desk and no one answered or it was busy. We could hear the individual pounding on other doors in the hallway and felt unsafe leaving our room. Early the next morning we went to the front desk to see what happened and we were told by the front desk worker that was working over night that a woman’s car was ‘parked in’ and that she was in a rock and a hard place and didn’t want to have to call a wrecker. So the front desk employee of the Holiday Inn Express knowingly ALLOWED a random person to pound on guests doors in the middle of the night! Instead of calling the police or having the vehicle towed, her solution was to have someone beat on doors at 2:45 in the morning. We were given no apology, no adjustment to our room rate and no phone call back from the manager as was promised.

I was pretty pleased with the hotel overall. The only negative was the shower water was not hot at all. I wouldn’t even say it was lukewarm. It was cold but since my family was only stay one night, we sucked it up and dealt with it.

Our family made a stop at this hotel before getting to Florida. It had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Liked the pool. Didn’t like how some guests were smoking cigarettes by pool. Annoying. As lots of kids around. But not really hotel’s fault

This trip was not on a good note it was for a death in the family. This stay was good and all the staff was very helpful

I and my family was given the worst service The wait staff treated us so poorly. I think the bosses should do an under cover boss. To see how the staff acts towards the paying customers. They are not friendly. Even when I spoke to several people. They either failed to acknowledge I even spoke to them. Or they just looked the other way.
