Worst experience ever! Pool was closed with no notice or information. Three rooms in under three hours, each one dirtier and more broken than the last. Tried to speak to a manager who was apparently never on the property. Left around 10pm the first night, didn’t stay here! They refused to refund me fully, claimed I didn’t check out until the morning. Again tried to speak with the manager who never called me liked I’d requested, was ‘out to lunch’ and never called me after I again left my name and phone number. My kids cried themselves to sleep that night in the new hotel I had to book. Nothing like paying for two hotels and feeling downtrodden on what was supposed to be a wonderful family vacation.

I was in jeckyl for a convention, brought my kids and 2 of their friends and my dog. Perfect for us. It was not the st Regis but perfect for a beach vacation with kids and pets. Breakfast was heavy on carbs but had eggs every day, plenty of coffee, and never ran out of anything like at some places. Kids loved pool and proximity to beach. We had to drive to town but everything within a mile.

Absolutely love this! First vacation here since I was a kid and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was wonderful and kind and the room was better than I could’ve imagined for me and my family! Best experience will definitely be booking again!

Overall experience in the hotel is fair, our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The hotel room needed update and more cleaning, the ceiling has spider webs and the shower room has a lot of molds.

We had a great time on our trip. This spot was great for kids...we had a suite. The pool was just right for our kiddos of multiple ages. We did have to ask for linens and never got one of our comforters. Breakfast was good and it was a short walk to the ocean.

We loved this place. The staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool. The only issue was the tile floors were overly slick in our room. Not a big deal, and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area.

The front desk Bobby and the crew was very helpful an amazing I was able to see the details and care they take in cleaning around when guest leaves.It was very impressive.I will be sending all my family here for the holidays and just because.

If they could change two things, this place would be perfect! In short: 1. fix the air exchange. 2. skip the styrofoam at breakfast. Here is how it went- The room was huge and the everything was mostly clean. The only problem was the humidity! This is because none of the windows open, the space is a concrete bunker and the mini split in the room does not exchange the air. The bathroom vent maybe helps exchange air, but it is not enough. The floor was slick, the jelly beans I bought glued themselves together, and we awoke cold yet sweaty several times each night. If this property could install an air exchange system or let us interface with the outdoors via opening windows it would be a much better experience! While we were there the pool was not useable, due to a storm (totally out of the management's control) --the nice person checking us in offered us the pool at a sister property - nice they had a back up - but we did not take them up on it. The price was great but despite nice linens, cleanish room, the air system did not work for us. oh, breakfast was a landfill nightmare with styrofoam everything! I left with a bagel on my napkin while I watched people dump loads of plastic and styrofoam into the garbage cans. Did not return to the styrofoam den after that, yuck. Breakfast might be fine for families, nothing to write home about- cereal, toast, bagel, muffin, juice, coffee, yogurt - but the waste to serve it was frankly unforgivable.

The hotel was nothing as described As we walked in our room we saw 4 dead bugs on the dresser , bed bugs all over the ceilings and 2 spiders on the wall . The room had a very horrrible smell and I did not stay there . I asked for another room and it was just as bad. I asked to check out as I did not wnat to stay there . I felt unsafe for my family. The westing was much better for just 40.00 more
