Overall it was OK. Comfortable and clean. They did not have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas from the hotel but did have a card to someone that does rent them. They only had one person at the front desk so if you called and needed something you had to either wait a looooonnnnggg time or go down and pick it up yourself. Breakfast was ust OK not great. They only had a 5 person golfcart to take you where ever you wanted to go so it wasn't good for our family of 7. Whatever you do dont' forget to turn in your towel card when you check out. Otherwise they charge you $50

This was our first trip to Jekyll Island. Overall, the hotel was nice, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. As a family of 5 with kids, our favorite amenities were the free breakfast and the swimming pool. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and there is a small shopping/dining village just next to the hotel. The area is quiet and very family friendly. Our only issue was that the wifi was down at the hotel all week. We heard later in the week that the wifi was back up, but we tried on two separate occasions to connect the TV in the room to Netflix and it never worked. The manager was kind enough to give us a credit due to the wifi issue. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay. Very family friendly, clean and comfortable. One of the nicest room we had in a while. Easily accomodate a family of 4. There is a kitchen but only with a microwave, no oven or hot plate.

Our family went to Jekyll Island for the Christmas lights. The hotel was conveniently located, spacious, and the personnel were all helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Probably not the best assessment time since we arrived at the same time as a middle school student conference was happening. I felt sorry for the staff because half the kids were unruly but outnumbered the chaperones. Make sure no major activities are happening before booking. The beach was our only escape from the semi-chaos.

Room was very efficient for 3 adults and 1 child Loved the bed ans the pillows very soft and comfortable. Had 2 good nights of peaceful sleep Did enjoy the heated pool even though it was cool and.windy the entire time I was there but still enjoyed my stay

This was my family's first time stay at one of these Hilton Hotels. It was super fancy and we loved it. The only problem we ran into was our check in was delayed due to a huge wedding party that had previously stayed there and so we actually weren't able to check in until an hour later. It was totally understandable when they had 70 rooms to clean with only 6 cleaning people. I mean we live in a different world these days. However, the staff were super apologetic, allowed us to go ahead and swim, and offered us drinks from their refrigerator. This place was actually closer to the beach than what the map showed. Super nice! Highly recommend.

Very very small bathroom. No place for toiletries extremely low pressure for the shower. I gave up trying to wash my hair because the shampoo and soap dispensers were too high for me to reach the dispenser top. I was disappointed that Hilton has dispensed personal toiletries for economic reasons? The location is very nice,the staff was great,and a nice family breakfast in the community area is the reason I gave the 5 stars.

We brought our 2 dogs and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. It was very spacious and our 2 furry babies had so much room to walk around. Location in Jekyll Island was excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We had a lovely experience as a large family at this location. Minutes (3) to beach and the hotel was new, clean, good food and amenities. The staff was excellent, had zero complaints.... Highly recommend it there. The only thing lacking was water pressure but it is an island thing I asked around.
