I enjoyed the closeness to the venue that we were visiting while in town. We were in town for a graduation. I felt like the pictures were misleading because I only booked this hotel thinking there were glass doors for the shower. Upon arrival we found out that only the king rooms have glass door showers. I was very disappointed when I found out there was a shower curtain in our bathroom. It wasn’t a complete deal breaker but it was the main reason for booking at this particular location. If I would’ve been better informed I would’ve just stayed at the same hotel as my parents and the rest of my family. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and the property overall was worth it. I would definitely stay here again just in a King room. Lol! Thanks for a lovely visit

Location of Bahama Breeze was cool that you could walk there. The carpet was coming up in the doorway and caused a trip hazard and the door would not shut without forcible trying. Also, the AC unit was leaking in by the time we checked out at 10:30 on Sunday morning the third of the room was soaking wet. I didn't notify the front desk and they offered to switch rooms the night before, but it was already late and half of my children, but we're bathing in the bed. Was not offered any kind of compensation other than an apology.

Everything was great except for breakfast. The sausage was tough and had no flavor. There was not a lot to choose from. Coffee was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick! He offered to give the other family members coming later a key so we didn’t have to come down later. He was one of the best desk clerks I have seen. Give him five stars

Second time staying at this location and the family all decided this is our go to when we visit Atlanta. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful.

Check-in was very slow and took place in a very noisy lobby. Unattended groups of pre-teens yelling and playing with a basketball. Later on same kids were seen playing hide-and-seek on various floors of the hotel and knocking on doors then running away. Room was small and as is the case in most hotels the ice machine was not working on our floor. Breakfast area seating area had poor acoustics in that any noise above a whisper sounded loud...poor noise dampening. Finally, the indoor pool was ice cold. But it did wake me up after a long day of travel.

This was an all-around bad experience. As a titanium elite member of the Marriott system it was very disappointing not to be greeted with a welcome bag. The breakfast bar was not regularly serviced by the staff, so basically it was first come first serve. Therefore we needed to find breakfast elsewhere. Upon checking and twice during the stay we confirmed with the front desk that we had a late check out. This was obviously not communicated to the housekeeping staff, throughout the day they continued to knock on the doors. VERY DISRUPTIVE! . Our room keys were deactivated our room keys were deactivated not allowing our family access to the rooms in which we purchased. Speaking of housekeeping, it is not performed unless upon check-in it is requested. The one time we did request service the trash was not taken and essentials were not replaced. Upon checking out the female manager on duty was very rude to her three children. Her behavior caused our oldest son to experience extreme anxiety. This is a very basic hotel where the elevators were in and out of service. I highly recommend that Marriott provides the staff with customer service training. We definitely will not be back! There are plenty of other options in the area, and this one is a definite NO WAY!

I checked in late, around 10pm. Front desk was accurate and nice. The first room ( #305) had lots of black pubic hair on tub and bathroom floor. So I immediately called front desk to complain within 3-minutes in the room, Tiffany, stated she would place me next door in room #303 which I thought it would be much better, but not!! Once my family got into the shower, after our long ride from home, it is loaded with black mold in the tub basin, all around the Bath products ( Alice Bath supplies ) and floor area. I am a person with restricted lung disease, I do have to notice my areas of cleanliness. So I begin to clean with my Lysol disinfectant wipes, some of it, will not come clean, needed bleach products, I didn’t not have!! But, overall I am a huge fan of Marriott.

The pool had a bunch of hair balls throughout the pool, it was very dirty and my kids were very upset they couldn’t swim. We came down for breakfast during breakfast hours and there was no food and it took them about 30 min to refill the food. My room was clean and no concerns there and the staff was nice.

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I planned a really big stay at this hotel for my family because my mom and my sister graduated in Atlanta. We traveled all the way from Baltimore to witness and celebrate their success. Unfortunately, I picked the wrong Marriott hotel. I am very sad because I travel at least once a month and I always use any and all Marriott hotels and or their sister hotels. I enjoy using the Marriott so much, I am a Marriott Bonvoy member through Marriott.com and Uber. Our stay was from Saturday Sept 24, 2022-Monday Sept 26th, 2022. Due to the graduation being at 2PM on Saturday 9/24, I called 2 weeks in advance and 1 week prior to our stay to advise we requested an early check-in online. I asked what would be the earliest time for us to check in since the graduation started at 2pm and our flights landed and 8:30am. The first call (2weeks prior to check in) I spoke with a lady who stated I would have to call a week prior to check in. The second time I called (a week prior to check in), I spoke with Shaneeka who stated the earliest check in would be for 10am but I would have to call the morning of the stay. I let Shaneeka know the reason for the early check in and that our flights landed at 8:30am so I would be calling around 9/930am. I called around 9AM once I got into my Uber, and I spoke with Sterlin. I told her what Shaneeka told me and it was as if she did not care. She cut me off and stated to call back in 30min to see if any rooms were available.

The room away big and spacious. The bathroom was also big and clean. However, one queen bed was newer and firm, the other was soft and sagging in the middle. The person who checked us in told us breakfast would be open until 1000, we got there at 0945 and it was all put away. That was a little frustrating as I had children with me. I was counting on the most sleep and later breakfast to avoid another stop back to the airport. My bonus daughter went to heat up left over dinner and we needed a fork only. However the woman running the kitchen area was kinda rude when we asked and said she was closed and would not get a fork for her. I was going to give her a tip, but with that attitude and response in front of my hungry kiddos, nope. Although the staff was not friendly or welcoming the hotel was clean and comfortable overall. The traffic sucks off this exit though.
