The hallway was noisy, baby crying the whole night. People talking. Employees having celebrating birthday 6am in the morning. Horrible experience.

We had a family emergency and needed to cancel last minute and the hotel would not help us or cancel my reservation. Terrible service. Would not recommend and no have statues here many times in the past. Sad

The hotel was lovely. The lobby was welcoming and the service was very good. The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. But the walls are thin and we had children running above us until all hours and the fools next door had music playing until about 3 am. I can’t give the hotel poor marks for rude guests.

I enjoy my stay at the Best Western. Family and friends also had booked with us. The breakfast was great and the staff was awesome. The areas were clean and shopping stores were close by. We as a family all agreed that we will be coming back to Best Western Sugarloaf. Thanks Best Western Sugarloaf for making our stay very enjoyable.

This place was great for us one night stay . I was here because a death in family so quite nice to have some where to relax. Also staff friendly and room was very roomy and clean .

Stayed here with family. It was quiet, safe, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Also breakfast was great. Would def stay again.

My stay was great. I would have given 5-stars, but it was extremely noisy at night due to groups of children staying there. They ran and knocked on doors late at night.
