Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel

I was in town for a wedding. The staff was very helpful and met all of my expectations. My kids wanted to go swimming, but there was no water in the pool. However, my stay was great.

Excellent from check in in to check out. Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean, Breakfast was served, plenty of parking easy access in and out. I would definitely recommend this family friendly hotel to anyone traveling in Duluth Georgia area.

This hotel had the best rating in its price range but the hotel was older, smelled like smoke, beds were small for family of 4.

OK for one I tried to leave my room after like 1205 to go to the vending machine in the front Dess lady basically told me I was not allowed to leave my room and last time I checked that was a Hotel not jail she’s not allowed to tell me where I can and cannot go that was basically kidnapping. Also, I didn’t feel like arguing with her because I was tired but It’s a non-smoking room I smoke I wanted to go outside and smoke and on top of that the very next morning I was not smoking in my room and they came up and beat on my door like the police until I opened it and told me that the fire alarm was going off and made me let them check the room, and after it was apparent, there was no smoke in the room they sold me thank you there so it must be the system but really they were just being nosy because they thought that I was smoking in my room and was trying to charge me money extra money and it’s already over priced. Honestly this was one of my worst stays ever

This was my first stay with you all, however my family always stays here when they visit Georgia. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, the attention to details the staff gave and the overall appearance of the hotel.

Our family stayed for one night. Our room was very clean. The place was quiet. We felt area around the hotel was safe. I interacted with the front desk three times and each time they were helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

I booked at this property through Expedia because of the great reviews that it received. The front desk staff were nice and professional. Unfortunately, the experience that my family and I endured, overshadows the positives. After a one night stay, my uncle found a black bug crawling on him which turned out to be a bed bug. He had bites all over his body, swelling, itching, and redness, resulting into a hospital visit and getting medication. I initially contacted corporate to express our unfortunate mishap. They did contact the hotel and I received a return call from a very unprofessional, rude, hotel manager (female), I will not state her name, but she definitely lacks customer services skills. I did ask for a full refund and compensation for my uncle, but I was just given the runaround. I was informed that I could not get a refund because I booked through a 3rd party, Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia to have them call the hotel to determine if I could get a full refund. Long story short, there has been no refund or compensation, just continuous run around. Of course, we will NEVER stay there again, but take your chances. Best of luck!

I had two separate reservations for my family, and I want to thank the frontdesk for putting us together, in rooms next to each other, even before we arrived. Great service, great breakfast, fancy pancake machine, 24h coffee in the lobby.
