I was given the wrong type of room due to overbooking. Made my stay cramped with family.

Modern, clean, great rooms for a family. The little touches for children, like an eyehole in the door at their level, were special. I loved the convenience of shopping and food. Breakfast yummy!

Perfect for families.

What an enjoyable hotel! We stayed for several nights for a baseball tournament. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of options for local restaurants that you can walk to. Didn’t realize there is guest laundry available until I read about it on the elevator. It’s in the back of the exercise room. Didn’t use it, but I think it was something like $2.50 a load?? Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Full-sized fridge and a large trash can hiding under the sink (lol didn’t notice that until we were checking out!) The AC was a little bipolar. We would wake up sweating because the heat had turned on, which is weird. And there was clearly a family of elephants staying above us. (Lesson learned to ask for the top floor at check in!) Good options for breakfast and lots of seating with tons of electric outlets. Looks to be a nice indoor pool. Plus there are two outdoor grills to use. The staff is very friendly and are ALWAYS cleaning and disinfecting something!! Definitely would stay here again if travels took us back.

It was a great physical place. The staff was warm, I stayed for almost 30 days and did not have any issues. Clean, safe, great location. However, the rooms were very noisy (maybe with limited insulation). And across the hall, the residents regularly burned food (not the hotel's fault) including fish and steak in a microwave, kept the door open with hotel furniture, twice set off the hotel fire alarm, and had a special needs child that frequently screamed: "No Mommy, No". I reported the first screams to the front desk discretely out of an abundance of caution. The hotel staff handled the situation very well and informed me of the outcome and presence of a special needs child. However, other neighbors had dogs that barked whenever the elevator arrived on our floor. The breakfast was great, the service staff was great, neighbors were not so great but they can't control that. Great overall experience and recommend it.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the past year while visiting family. Room was nice. Loved that it had full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Room was clean for the most part -there was some chocolate melted under the TV that looked like it had been there for awhile. Free breakfast was great! Many hot and cold choices. Breakfast area was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient area.
