Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cumming, GA

Ms. Penny at the front desk greeting my family and I warmly. The hotel looked like home and smelled good. The room was oh so clean. I laid on the bed and felt asleep without tossing. A good night sleep in the perfect bed like my home. This is the best hotel to stay in

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and our room was large. We had 4 rooms among us for a family weekend. But out of the 4 rooms, 3 had comfy bedding, but my mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. I'd make this hotel my go-to in Cumming except for this.

I recently traveled through the area to experience the fall colors. I enjoyed it being a kid friendly hotel. The staff was friendly and understanding, easy parking, easy to find, and good ambience.

This was the easiest check in of my life... super quiet, fruendly, and clean.. i will definitely refer this place to friends and family

Highly recommend staying here as it’s a wonderful hotel! Clean, upscale look with plenty of parking and right off the main road. The outside patio with firepit are stunning and breakfast options were plenty. Loved the size of the suite and will definitely stay here again when I am in town! The staff even gifted my child a small toy and cookie when we checked in,

The staff at Country Inn & Suites are top notch. I stayed there with my kids and they made us feel welcome and at home. They are the best!!

This hotel was great for me and my family. We stayed there for 2 nights. The double bed suite was perfect for us. I really liked the their shower. Clean refrigerator and microwave. The lobby and room was very clean, the staff was nice. They offered cookies at the front counter and we enjoyed the breakfast they offered. We were comfortable the entire time and I would stay here again.

We stayed here and it was a great experience our room heat went out and Antonio and April and Chris help us so much with it got us into another room right across the one we where staying at these 3 individuals went above and beyond in times of customer service where it sucks at lot of time these folks where great and we really appreciate it the lady that clean our room of the old room found a outfit of our 4 year old baby doll put it on our door handle for us to fine when we came back to our room so all around was the best experience in this hotel these folks need a pat on their backs and I hope they do

This hotel was wonderful. From the staff to the breakfast to the cleanliness it was top notch. Doesn't hurt that the hotel is new either but was very satisfied with the staff. With children I'm very picky with hotel condition and this one was great. And for the price, it's the best hotel in Cumming. The pool is nice, wish it was heated.

The property was very clean and updated. My only complaint was the floors are not well insulated. I heard kids running up and down the halls for hours before bed, and then I was woke up at 5:30 am with the person above me walking around.
