Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Columbus North

We used to Live in Columbus we stayed there once before when visiting family. It was a good experience then and even better this time. The staff is so friendly the rooms spotless. Breakfast was good. Loved the pancakes and bagels. It was an overall great experience

I just stayed overnight, but the staff were friendly, it wasn’t too loud. My child made lots of noise that night but no one said anything which i thought was nice, we had a rough night. Idk if that was a coincidence but them giving me a room on the first floor was amazing. And it was affordable. I’d definitely stay here again

Everyone was very nice from check in to check out. Also when I thought I lost my phone the front desk staff, housekeeping and manager on duty all jumped in to help me find it. This hotel was far more better than the hampton we stayed in South Carolina the two nights prior. Thank you soo much to the staff me and my family will be back!

The place was clean but small. For a room with 2 queen beds you expect to have a little space. Not hear, it's very much by design. The pillows are even half size. Felt cramped with a very tiny bathroom without even a counter to put things out on. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just glad it was just two of us, I could not imagine even a family of four in that room.

Terrible place. I think the rating is fabricated. I had prebooked and prepaid. The lady at the desk took 45 min. to check me in and kept saying I'm not sure I will be able to check you in. The room was decorated for grade school kids, and was extremely small. The stopper in my bathtub room 117? wouldn't work, they ran out of coffee in the breakfast area at 8:30 and I couldn't et the lady at the desk to refill it. She kept saying "in a minute". 3 families came and went while we waited for coffee. When we left an hour later she was finally replacing it. we hated it!!!

Our 3 night stay was extremely disappointing. The first night we were there the A/C seemed to be okay but ny the next day it wasnt working properly. We notified the front desk multiple times and were told it would be looked at and taken care of. However, even after multiple notifications, it took until our last night for someone to even make it to the room to look at it and they only brought us a fan. The lady said it would be temporary as she would have her GM come see us once she arrived, however, again, no one showed up. They said they couldn't move us to a new room because they were sold out and they didn't offer any other assistance. Not only was this very uncomfortable for us with the temperatures outside being in the high 90's, but we also had our 3 year old who ended up starting to run a fever by our last night there, so he was extremely uncomfortable! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a family with young children. The staff was in no way helpful or caring of the situation we were put in.
