La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus North

Excellent staff and rooms. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Definitely will stay again on our next trip to visit with grandchildren. Breakfast was a bonus. Well stocked breakfast bar.

The stay good , besides they had a large party of 70 people they said and ran out of towels so I had to wait for towels . Some of the staff members were lazy .. stated that they would bring up towels but never did … the children of the large party were loud , they were running around in and out late hours

Stayed here before. It is tucked away and in a good location to access amenities and highway. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping checked in every day to ask if we needed anything. The tub didnt have a plug, so we could only take a shower, which isn't ideal with kids. Nice sized fridge, microwave, full size hair dryer.

We travel a number of times a year and we have never stayed at a La Quinta hotel where our rooms were not cleaned. We stayed at the LaQuinta for 3 days and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and was told that I had to bring my dirty towels down stairs to the laundry before I could get new towels. We were very disappointed with our stay and will not recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Great place to stay with family. Breakfast could be a little better.

Location. Near family and shopping.

We booked for boot camp graduation. Quite a few family members were coming, so we had to find something with good rates and in a good area. We were very pleased with the area and hotel. Very clean. The breakfast was ok, not much I could eat beyond fruit. If you like waffles, you're in luck. I hear they were good. Lots of restaurant options close and a target right in front. Would def book again!!

This was our second stay here at the property. ALL the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The first time we stayed we had our sweet fur babies with us. It was absolutely amazing to watch the staff interact. We were very nervous about leaving them, since it was their first trip with us. I need to apologize ahead because I can’t remember the name of the nice young black gentleman that was on staff the day we where to visit my grandmother whom was suffering from cancer. He reassured us that they would be fine and if he needed to he would go to our room and let them out. He was so understanding and very polite and respectful. You could feel his compassion for us. We ended up taking our dogs with us because they wouldn’t calm down and it broke our hearts. He gave us the sweetest smile and nod of acknowledgment of how we felt about our dogs. Our second stay was coming back for the service of my grandmother. The ladies on that night when we arrived were absolutely understanding and respectful. They were aware of why we were back. I apologize again because I can’t remember their names either. Your staff were beyond amazing and their pride and hospitality showed for their job. All the way down to the cleaning staff. Everyone was super nice and approachable. The rooms where clean, the beds were comfy. We will be coming back to Columbus to visit family and this will be the only place we stay!
