City Mills Hotel

Wonderful historic hotel and amenities!! Hotel and restaurant staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Love the location on the Chattahoochee river. Will definitely tell friends and family about this lovely place!

What a gem! My family enjoyed our stay at City Mills. The property and rooms were super clean and the restaurant on the property was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again the next time we are in Columbus.

Absolutely beautiful property, the restaurant is top notch, wonderful atmosphere, great service and delicious food/drinks. The old industrial vibe is quite comfortable, they did a really good job reviving this old grist mill. We will definitely be using this as our guest room when family and friends visit!

This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous all the exposed brick and architecture is amazing! They did a great job with the remodel, my family loved it, we will stay again! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at City Mills! It was beautiful, clean and contemporary and is a historical landmark. We had two rooms with river views, and it was just beautiful. The pillows were so soft, and the decor was perfect to the mill vibe with high ceilings and drapes. I traveled with my family, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. Including biscuits and gravy and the egg popovers, yummy coffee, juice and water. The staff was very accommodating, and they found my laptop charger! I would look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this place. One drawback--- no pool or hot tub.

I stayed here on June 30th to July 3rd. The hotel was very stylish and modern. I love the design. The room was very clean. Thank you to the cleaning staff, Raven snd Laquita, for cleaning my room and making sure I was comfortable. I did try Millshouse Kitchen breakfast and it was pretty good. I had the Millhouse breakfast and the Dutch baby pancake with potatoes. I also had the mimosas. The staff at the restaurant was really sweet. I cannot remember my waitress name but she was super sweet and funny.

I enjoyed the location and the staff. It's a very beautiful lodging to stay at will on business... This was my second stay here but I was not as pleased as my 1st stay. The room I stayed in had no windows, but that was ok though because I was aware of that when I rented the room online, but the room above me must've had some children in it because the noise level from the room above kept me up late with all the banging, and in the early mornings it was the same thing, so I really didn't get to rest up well on this business stay. But otherwise the hotel is a nice place.

If you are looking for a hotel with character and personality-this is it. It is a smaller hotel and the staff was outstanding. I didn’t know my son’s graduation schedule and they were accommodating with our reservations. Jenn was helpful when we checked in writing notes in the system to communicate with others. It’s an old mill that has been converted to a hotel and restaurant on the river. They left the existing brick, gears, structure and added an industrial flair to the design. No room for a pool but on the Chattahoochee River. Linda baked biscuits and gravy, variety of delicious croissants, and also included parfait and fruit in the mornings. We both agreed this was the most unique hotel we have stayed at that didn’t skimp on anything. We had all we needed included mirrors, hair dryer and extras. It’s about 20 minutes from Sand Hill or 25 minutes to go through front gate to Sand Hill/barracks for Army families and a few streets over from the cute downtown area. Loved it!

We stopped here 1 night on our way home from the beach. Clean, comfortable, and loved the front porch area. The complementary breakfast with homemade pastries was wonderful. The new onsite restaurant looked amazing, but with 2 children, we opted to go to town for dinner, which was a 2 minute drive. Will definitely keep in mind for future travels.

I can’t say enough good things about City Mills. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They had stuffed bears waiting in the room for our kids. They even upgraded our room to a river front so that our 4 year old could see the river better. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and modern. If you are going anywhere near Columbus, I highly recommend City Mills. You won’t regret it.
