Courtyard by Marriott Columbus

We stayed a week prior to the current stay. The prior stay was a lot better than this stay. I was told I got complementary breakfast, when I went to get breakfast it was $40 because I booked through a 3rd party. The guy that gave me the wrong info was from another motel. That upset me a little. The air conditioner didn’t work well and they sent maintenance immediately. Offered to give me another room if he couldn’t fix it. He fixed it but it wasn’t to my liking. The couch bed had vapes and a lot of dust. That was where my kids were going to sleep. The room didn’t have a microwave and the ice machine was on the other side of the building. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. It’s not to bad, it just not to my cup of tea.

Very pleasant stay. We stay here every time we come to Columbus to visit our family.

We were put in a room with a child toilet. When I checked out, I told the girl at the front desk. She told me “well they probably thought you were a child.” Which wasn’t funny or professional.

Management took care of our needs attended a baby shower at their hotel. Staff were great!!! Very relaxed staying there
