This was our first time staying at a Home 2 hotel. The room had a good amount of space. It was well cleaned. We plan to stay at this hotel again. It has no smoking and no pets. This is excellent for families and for people who suffered with allergies and/or asthma.

Stayed here to attend a wedding with my kids, husband and mom. Check in attendant was super friendly for it being so late. Pleasantly surprised by the sis of our room, perfect for two little girls to run around. Great kitchenette with dishwater! TV was a little wonky with its operation. Decent hot water and pressure. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked perfectly. Breakfast had a good assortment but a little crowded. Only a few cons: entrance is narrow so if there are people leaving/coming in it gets tight. Our toilet kept running so you had to jiggle the handle. The inroom trash can for recycling was too small and we easily filled it on our 2nd day. Only one elevator was working when we checked in and during our stay the 2nd one went down. All in all I would stay again and the staff was super great.

When my family and I arrived at the hotel after a long day, we were told that our room had been canceled, and I had not cancelled it. Even though the front desk person was not rude, she did not go out of her way to secure another hotel for us. Thankfully, we were able to find another hotel through Expedia, but it was not at the group rate that we were expecting.

Upon arrival there was several adolescents walking around the entrance cursing about a food delivery that was wrong. I checked in and all was well. Got to the room and everything was nice but the glass cups provided were dirty, had finger prints and lipstick on them. Went back through the lobby to grab some things from my car and there was several more kids and adults in the lobby with no shirts on.

I got a room for 2 nights for my daughter birthday and i must say this was the worst experience i EVER had. Customer service was terrible and the room was not clean. There are so many things that wasn't right about what the lady at the from desk did but imma try to keep it brief. First off,after telling her,someone left a sock in the bed and the tub was dirty, she went on to say, that there was smoke coming from my room last night,then she asked what room was I in. I said wait what you said about smoke,she kept ignoring me then finally said a guest complained about smoke coming from my room. I said thats a lie.There were 2 adults and a few some children in the room and no one smokes. I told her she could have knocked on the door and checked it out herself. She also acted as if my card wouldnt go through when i swiped it. She said do you want to just book for one night,i said NO! Ater walking off and coming back,she asked to try it manually,all of sudden my card went through.But i realized she only booked me for one night instead of two.After asking why i was booked for one night,she lied and said it was pay as you go. But clearly,when i swiped my card myself,it said the amount for two nights. The lady had to be prejudice,she gave me such a hard time!

Very spacious rooms for family of 5. Breakfast was really good to be prepackaged foods. Close to major stores to shop and restaurants to eat.
