Downtown so near a lot of stores walking distance also parking was convenient just a little charge that came out of security fee pictures looked like the actual hotel my family loved it here

The guest service at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

There was a lot of stains in our room like the bed skirt looked like some one had bleed or poured red juice on it a long time ago. And the office chair in front of the tv has a large stain that didn’t look clean. The bathroom door stop was missing for closing the door (sliding door) we had to really pay attention to our kids so the did not get caught between the door and the wall

We hqd a great stay. We traveled with 2 kids and a dog. Hotel was clean and quiet. Excellent service and great breakfast.

The entire staff was amazing, The General Manager, Jim Lane, was very personable. He not only spoke to guests but asked how things were going. My favorite person, Ms Wendy at the front desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we checked in. She spoke to my children and made them happy. Tiffany Tolbert, also at the front desk, was very nice and accommodating. Even the valet, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff were all amazing. Even though we were on a staycation, it definitely felt like a real vacation at this location. We will be coming back, and I will be referring this location to others.

Pros: The location of this property was great. Lots to do, and lots of dining options. Cons: We booked this room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and one child. No cots were available so one of my kids had to sleep on the cushions from the pullout sofa. The door to the bathroom malfunctioned so we were moved to the same style room and the pullout sofa wasn't able to be fully extended. after reconfiguring all the furniture we were able comfortably sleep. Also, this hotel is in the heart of the city and they have mandatory valet which is an additional $40/day. So please factor that into your nightly fees if you plan to visit.

Great service, but didn't have the room we reserved and paid for. We were offered two separate rooms to accommodate my family, but they were close to each other, which made it a bit inconvenient since it was my husband, myself and three children. Also the beds were tiny and hard.

Arrived at midnight after a 5 hour road trip with family. Room did not meet description online at all and had to book another room to accommodate our family. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all. Hotel was dirty and noisy. Staff was not helpful at all. Do not stay here.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The receptionist at the front counter were so nice to adults and the children in our group. The breakfast area was clean and the staff was awesome. Constantly cleaning and restocking. The hotel was clean but we did expect more from a $300 room. It could definitely use a few upgrades. We wanted to take a group of young girls to the rooftop to sightsee and have dinner however there were people partaking in illegal activities so the kids were bummed they did not get to see the Atlanta lights at night. The neighboring room was parting all night so we got little sleep. Overall we were pleased just wish there were more monitoring of visitors and their activities.

Jordan at check in was amazing, and the ladies working the breakfast area were great as well, however the kid doing valet was unnecessarily rude and should not be the first person people interact with
