Club Wyndham Atlanta

Club Wyndham was perfect. Staff was very friendly and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Less than 10 minute walk to all major attractions. Very clean rooms and safe. I stayed with my wife and two young kids. They loved the pool on the 19th floor and the Ferris wheel next door! Only negative was that we stayed on 3rd floor and car traffic was quite loud. We brought a sound machine which helped.

We enjoyed the stay greatly. The loxation was very convenient and close to attractions. We loved the one bedroom suite. We were able to host friends and family prior to venturing out. It was easy to clean and it was everything we could want. The down side is that the hotel is not close to a drugstore or a grocery of any size. The billboard outside our view was very bright, but the curtains were effective blocking it out. The jimmy buffet theme and tv loop was a bit much, but tolerable. The street on the skyview side smelled VERY badly. The only other negative was the hardsell for the hotel tour and tieing it to discounts at attractions. It was too much. Yes, I'd stay again. Just can't give it 5 stars.

Top service overall. Here everything was so clean like new, from carpets to elevator to lamps to silverware in rooms, I felt finally at home in a hotel space, specially because my kids were with me and was vital to me to bring them to a place this clean. Every penny spent was definitely worth it. The bar though dissappinted me with the drinks were poorly presented and noticeable low in alcohol, even if a plastic cup was used which I understand I just got 2 cherries throw once, and one straw on a different drink attempt so.. these where close to $20 drinks each I am sure a hotel like this can do better. The pool was clean and that 19th floor view is amazing. Five stars deserved. We’ll be back for sure.

Very clean and spacious for my family

This is a margaritaville hotel, the rooms and hallways are decorated to match the restaurant theme - even though this is not advertised. A lot of families were there, tons of children if that is what you are wanting. I felt safe, the elevators only operate with a key or wristband. My stay was pleasant, the staff is very friendly, but I would not stay here again. The pictures advertised are misleading and our room was dirty upon check-in.

Got in in the evening, no linens for the sofa bed in the room, had to call multiple times and wait over an hour for the linens, my kid was tired and wanted to sleep. We booked 2 nights. The first morning housekeeping just walks in the room without knocking and says we are supposed to be checked out. We explained we were not checking out until the next day. 2 hours later another housekeeping person just walks in the room again without knocking, scaring us half to death, and said we didn't have late check out and were not supposed to be there. We explained again. Then the toilet wouldn't flush. They sent one guy to fix it, he couldn't fix it, they sent another guy who had a poor attitude, he couldn't fix it either, then sent a 3rd guy who said he had to remove the toilet from the floor and how no idea how long it would take to be done, meanwhile we can't shower or do anything for now hours, and they expected us to keep waiting, I had to argue with the manager about getting moved to another room, which they finally did, so we had to pack everything up and move it all, and then they gave us a tiny bottle of coca cola and a snack size bag of popcorn as a "gift", which did not at all make up for losing hours of our vacation. They did not seem to care at all. Beautiful property and gorgeous view, but consistently disappointed and frustrated with the service.

This isn't a safe property for children or women. Staff entered the door without knocking & every single manager treated the invasion of privacy like my complaint meant nothing. When I consulted with management, I was hung up on, lied to in my face, & refused service for no reason. At no point did I raise my voice, curse, or act irate. The male manager got irritated & aggressive with me and refused to speak to me because I asked for my complaint to be escalated. When I told the GM ( who looked me directly in the eyes and lied to me) about what her male associate did, she said that he didn't do it. Don't be fooled by the nice property and reviews, management is unprofessional & they cover for each other.

They let us check in earlier than 4. Thanks so much as we were so tired after the red eye flight and breakfast at Atlanta Breakfast Club. The location was so convenient, we rested for a while and could walk to the aquarium visit for that day. The Centennial park at the dorrsteps was very convenient with the kids.

The room was like being home. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for or family trip.
